I have a question. The annual increment is on the capital amount or incremented amount? I want to clear my question. If a court fixes 5000 per month and 20% annual increase. Next year it will be 5000+1000=6000. in the second year the increment will will 20% of 5000 or 20% of 6000. Please provide relevant references if any

If there is no kid and wife alone got a degree in her favour and willfully living outside the husband's house. Then can she claim for the annual increase?
