Replacing and calibrating the torque sensor

- This video shows in detail the process of the EPS column torque sensor replacement and calibration. We will perform the procedure using controller MS561 for EPS systems, a diagnostic cable, and a special tool for torque sensor calibration - MS00108. We connect the previously dismantled unit to the controller, remove and disassemble the inner shaft, and release the sensor. Once the new sensor is installed, it should be calibrated. That’s when we need a special tool - MS00108. The tool prevents damage to the sensor or its deformation in the process of work. Calibrate the torque to zero (the margin of error is ±0,11). After reassembling the inner shaft with the sensor and the steering column electric motor, we connect the ECU to the electric motor and check the current rate on the controller screen. We use a tablet to monitor the changing torque. We make sure the new unit functions correctly, and then we reassemble the column and check the sensor one more time by connecting it to another ECU. When done, we can conclude that the sensor is functional. The torque sensor calibration is an integral part of any EPS column repair.

What is that fixing fluid before inserting back the sensor? Is it glue or adhesive type?
If only Honda made things this repairable.
Where is Mercedes A150 torque sensor located please ?
Name the cable use for check sensor
Super glue and plug into computer. Now I know why recon parts are so expensive even when sold on exchange basis. :-$
