  • A popular Korean Dish I've been seeing a lot on youtuber's doing MukBangs, so I had to try and make this.
    This was a winner with my family! It's a milder version of your regular spicy ddukbokki using heavy whipping cream. You can easily adjust this to your taste by adding more or less of the red pepper paste.
    You guys can be as creative as you'd like with this dish!

    Hi. This looks interesting. I have a couple of questions. When I go into an Asian grocery store I have no idea what I'm buying. Is there a certain flavor or type of Ddudbuki to buy? And can you recommend an alternative to heavy cream or milk? No dairy for me. Thanks.

      Sorry, i have no substitutes info for this. I know there are substitutes but havent personally tried them, so I can not recommend any myself.
      I have a basic Tteokbokki recipe as well without using dairy you can look up.
      As for tteok (rice cakes), theres no flavors but there are different shapes.
      Hope this info helps.
