I bought these thinking I can use it with my Apple 4K TV first generation, but I cannot. I wish you would’ve specified in the video that you needed the second generation or newer to be able to do this. Great video either way, but just a little disappointed I can’t do it with my first generation Apple 4K TV.
Sounds like an error on YOUR part for not researching before buying.
@@atniem684nah, that’s an Apple problem intentionally stopping devices from working together when they’re Bluetooth because they want you to buy a new one lol.

Just subbed question once you per the 2 speakers to Apple TV can you still use all the other features of the pads like voice play music ask Siri question etc

i’ve reset both the tv and homepod multiple times and can’t get it to work

Did you get this to work eventually I just wondered if your Apple TV was 4k and did you check the home app as described in the video?
If you have version one of Apple 4K TV, this will not work. You need second generation or newer I have model (A1842) and it doesn’t work. You need model (A2169) or newer
