Just throwing this out there...No matter how good a backtest looks, most are trash. In my 10 years of experience in financial services (asset management), I have rarely if ever, found technical indicators to be any more useful than throwing darts at the Wall Street Journal stock page. While I credit the author of this video with making an interesting video, I highly doubt this strategy, and most strategies relying on technical indicators, when test out-of-sample, will be any more successful than random chance. But good luck trying!

They may not make 25000% like all these claims but perhaps I can figure out something that does ok and then continue to refine it. @@joebucket1471 look around the 5:04 mark. First you have to hit the risk/reward ratio of 1. Then you adjust the stop loss and target risk/reward of 2.
Technically you could press your luck and adjust your stop loss to the new risk/reward level and wait for a short signal but that probably isn’t a good idea in the long run. Better to stick to your plan and leave your emotions at the door.

Could someone explain please how during the backtesting is being added 9% profit per each trade , if during the strategy analysys when stop loss is set there is 0.09% profit?
I think because of lots and leverage (1 standard lot is 100k of currency units). So if you trade with 1 lot and make a 9% profit that'll be 9k. But in reality you only have 100 to trade with. In reality that 9k is 9 USD/EU/x profit (100k * 0.00009). The stop loss looks at the LEVERAGED money (100k) and the added 9% is related to YOUR real trading resource (100). Essentially it's both 9 USD/EU/x profit. Edit: sorry if my answer is all messy. Otherwise you can read more about lots and leverages. I'm still learning too.

Just use isolated margin instead of cross margin so your only risking what your trading and not your entire account

I asume stop loss is set to 2% and tp is 3% using 3x leverage

Could someone explain please how during the backtesting is being added 9% profit per each trade , if during the strategy analysys when stop loss is set there is 0.09% profit?
I think because of lots and leverage (1 standard lot is 100k of currency units).
So if you trade with 1 lot and make a 9% profit that'll be 9k. But in reality you only have 100 to trade with.
In reality that 9k is 9 USD/EU/x profit (100k * 0.00009).
The stop loss looks at the LEVERAGED money (100k) and the added 9% is related to YOUR real trading resource (100).
Essentially it's both 9 USD/EU/x profit.
Edit: sorry if my answer is all messy. Otherwise you can read more about lots and leverages. I'm still learning too.

I've challenged countless gurus that if they prove to me the right signals in one month I will pay them 4x their charges! but I'm still trying to find one, my worries are about the new people that genuinely think that such gurus exist and they will lose all their hard income!
