    What brand/size concrete nails are those. I am about to do a project just like that and was thinking i needed to sink bolts. And coffee "is" my vise...☕

      Brand name is not sure but 21/2” long

    Im amazed how good those concrete nails work. Here in California we have to shoot them in with a Hilti

      I just find it easier to hand drive them.

      Insulation. Great question. It would make sense if I filmed it when I did what we call the frost wall. A frost wall is a wood framed wall 2” from the concrete for insulation and drywall

    I wonder why they built houses out of wooden frames in the US and Canada, but mostly in brick in the UK? Does anyone have insight into why?

      Maybe moisture. Also readily available building materials

    hey love your videos! do you think biggers guys can become framers? I have done prefab framing and drywall but dont know if I would make it would make it doing stright framing. keep up the amazing work!!!!!

    No damp proof between timber and concrete?
