I really like that you don’t beg for subs and likes. You are humble and you know your stuff. That sets you apart from the others. Glory be to God.
100,000 decision makers just realized that there is a cross platform solution for their existing software investments. Clever marketing Ziegler equipment and you successfully removed an objection to purchase. WIN!
Big thanks to Ziegler/Agco/John Deere/Reichhardt Electronic and support crew for allowing this/
sound like a nascar driver.
Kinda like thanking ones mom.
@@rickbrandt9559 I'll do that next time! Dangit!
Do you have any national farming awards in the US like we have over here as then you can do that while clutching a trophy or statuette.
Was a lot better than Beckham Jr, "I would like to blame..."
They aren't doing it for free, they are doing it for marketing...
OK... now you know we're all going to be expecting a GPS guided lawn mower video next summer when you're bored some day.
I'm already working on it!
facebook.com/landproequipment/videos/1412449708888502/ easy way to make a corn maze
MN Millennial Farmer did you buy that cat challenger
@@linkolnbarringer6382 No. Ziegler is letting Zach use the Challenger for the harvest. It's gone now.
@@linkolnbarringer6382 was wondering that too
We went through the same thing when we went from a Deere to versatile! Took some finagling but finally got it dialed in. Nice to still be able to use the same system in different brand tractors!
As a complete outstander of all these equipment it was a really nice video how technical these equipments are to improve the work on the farm. Keep it up with those good videos !!
It's good to know there are companies out there supplying components that will operate other equipment. I think it's about time the industry becomes universal for the betterment of farmers and other industry such as RV owners. Everything doesn't have to be proprietary. God bless
I'm from Hawley, MN which is 20 mins east of Fargo. Got about 8 inches of snow today and all our beans are still in the field so we are combining corn too. Love the videos and hope the weather clears up for ya
I really like what you are showing here especially for us green guys that may be considering a different direction
WOW! Technology. I am "old school". Had one of the first computers back in the 70's. Trying to keep up is a constant challenge, even for the millennial, it looks like.
Excellent info. Good to know this could be done between different brand tractors
Thank God for aftermarket stuff!! Thanks for sharing!!
Yep, this is definitely my new favorite channel. Good stuff!!!
watching this from Europe a dutch merchant sailor and stumbled on this youtube channel and stayed after watch 40 videos. Love the attitude and the hard work , keep up the great videos.
Technology is amazing. Hopefully now the weather will come around so we can all get back in the field. It is snowing outside as I watch this & we have had a little over 2 inches of rain the last 3 days. Thanks for the video.
Gosh farming has changed so much over the years. I remember what a big deal it was to hook up a junkyard car radio in our tractor back in 1959.
That is a great comfort to know people can keep all their existing John Deere autosteer setups and use it on a different brand tractor Soo their not locked into Deere if they don't wanna setup everything from scratch again!!
Whoa they keep uping technology up to what it is today, its a big change to what if there was any 30-40 years ago. Its cool that there are companys working to make a different variety of tractors work on the same software!
gotta say i really enjoy the videos i like how you take time to show us all step by step process of things your doing thank you
Thank you I learn so much watching your videos. Hope the weather dries out for you.
Farmer i higly respect the way you earn your living. As an IT guy playing Farming simulators. See the stuff in real is so awesome thanks for sharing a bit of your life and see how tough and demanding it is to Farm in these times.
For Pete's Sake Beck! I sure hope they give you guys a heck of a deal when you buy a new MT800 or MT900! Thank you for the great videos, keep them coming!
It's amazing how they can take something so complicated and make it make sense😄‼️
Cross platform for tractor communications is really cool. I wouldn't think manufacturers would approve of it. Just for the reason you said, you can get something besides Deere now.
That was extremely interesting... I’m a farm boy who now operates heavy construction equipment I’ve seen how 3rd party gps/guidance companies have incorporated with the manufactures IE Trimble, Topcon etc for grade and depth applications in construction as the manufacturers also offer proprietary systems aswell very informative I always wondered if different colour ag equipment could communicate in this way
@mn millennial farmer ... sounds like someone is thinking about an 8 series Challenger ... 👍👍
Agri Farm Models or he’s letting Zeigler’s show us you can run yellow
With green so they can sell more yellow.... the whole
Reason they approached him in the first place. Exposure ...
@Adam Kruskama, I just noticed the comment at the end where they said the 743MT hadn't the power for the ripper.. 875mt would be a decent fit
I always wondered what reichardt did as I drive by their shop everyday. Cool to see...
If this new solution works, it changes the competitive arena. Pretty cool.
All that tech stuff was good, but I liked Didg trying to catch the drone. LOL
Cause why not auto steer on your lawn mower. Great video once again
That's really cool that you can incorporate your existing system into other machinery!
At least no John Deere's were harmed in the making of this video lol thanks for the time you take out of your day to upload videos so we can watch have some entertainment
That's great that there is a company that can interface two different companies systems together like that .
Nice that they make other brand technology talk to each other
Great videos👍I'm going to be in the combine s680 tomorrow cutting wheat in a sunny Zimbabwe
You should try the challenger on the ripper
We are hoping to try it
The Challenger is really growing on me, but Deere has always been my favorite.
You should do a giveaway but instead the prize is spending a day at the farm. Thumbs up if you agree.
That might be a cool idea actually
Jeremy quiring but its only possible if u live close by.. unless he wants to buy me a plane ticket lol
@@gijsvermuntagrifotografie well i think it should be up to the winner to find a way there i think... But yeah that would be a problem for most veiwers
@@Badhabit99Gaming more time with green toys :)
Spending a day during harvest and working for free because you're a fan*
Mud on the yellow rooftop. It’s that kind of fall.
Things sure have changed since I was in Indiana on the farm starting up the old Farmall and plowing a field … it had a key, gas peddle and brake.. that's about it.. not to mention the Allis Chalmers with the damn crank in the front I could never turn to start .. These tractors nowadays are so fancy eh?
You should see the new Gleaner combines they are awesome need to try one of those in the future. The lightest one out there.
great video zach thanks
I like your mn farmer videos
Great Job!
Technology is the best, great video as always
We are looking to do this to the challenger MT975 we bought this winter. Btw you were a big reason as to why we bought it thanks for the insight on the challenger brand my dad and I love watching you videos. And I sent a pic of that tractor to you on instagram. She a beast can’t wait to see what it can do!
Thats some great technology glad to see some one is working on stuff like that so if you have different brands of equipment they can all use the same software.
The cab corn thing makes me laugh and smile when I hear cob corn
I'd say I bought one of those Challenger tractors... but it was just in a video game. Love seeing a real-life version of it, though!
Wow that is so cool how that works and puts together and gotta love touch screen
*??BIG QUESTION??* IDK anything about farming & i'm new to this channel(& love it so far), after watching the equipment/shop tour vid, I have realized a farmer is a Engineer, Dr & Weatherman.....NOT to forget computer specialist to operate the equipment. So the question is, should "Farmers" still be called "Farmers"?? Maybe it should be a long $500 word?? You all deserve it truthfully.
you can run john deere planter plug and play with a challanger 1000 series no added screens don't know why a variable rate fertilizer toolbar would be any diffrent
ok, makes sense now. I was worried almost, when you commented about Deere data into the Challenger........ That screen brought back some bad nights....... no jab to any badge though.
I have a feeling the challenger is there to stay
Really shows it the farmer has come a long way from technology thanks for the video but it also sounds like you might be leaning toward getting a challenger and now another green deer
Sorry missed to say - i worked in the IT industry for over 30 years and did AVG guidance systems but if you are not careful you are the middle man between the hardware and software supplier when it does not work.
Amazing stuff
I thought you was going to show tractor all covered with mud👍 Yeah the new kid on the the block (AGCO Challenger) frist Rodeo 👌
Well... that's super fancy and functional.
Kinda makes spending the $$ on the Challanger a little easier.
I'm not trying to sway ya here man, but that Yellow looks like it's found itself a nice home there on the range. 😉 *Cough "Challenger" Cough Cough*
Having worked for an AGCO dealer. Red and green only go together at Christmas
They are going to have you all set up to buy at the end of the demo. Cant wait to see it on the ripper.
Ziegler is Minnesota's Cat dealer. I'm guessing the local Cat dealer has it elsewhere.
Hi i love your videos keep up the great work. You inspired me to finally decide that i am gonna work on a farm
Another great video. Have always wanted to come over to ur great country and have a look at farming practices u guys do compared to what we do here in Australia. Have wanted to work on a broadacre farm like yours . Keep up the great videos mate. Like how immaculate u keep ur equipment.
So this company is not the Apple of the farm world? That’s good to know! Thanks.
Damn man, 122,000 subscribed. I remember when there was only like 20,000 and it wasnt that long ago. You're gonna be king farmer soon.
I think I can believe what you did to the challenger
Wow awesome job man been watching you for a year now and your getting 5000 new subscribers every video you post lately. Congrats man
Just got a Deere ad before the video ;)
Every time you say Glenwood I freak out because I’m from Glenwood IA not Glenwood MN also I’m a farmer so I know how stressful it is when your ready to harvest and it’s raining because it rain for a week here
Small world lol im from clarinda so pretty close to ya.
Pretty amazing isn’t it
lol I live 15 minutes south of Sioux City, so not too far north of you.
That technology seems so confusing, glad you able to use it.
WHEE! AutoSteer on JD Lawnmover next summer! Don't disappoint me.
Gotta be a rocket scientist to farm these days!
I’m really a big John Deere fan but it is interresting to see a Challenger (or Fendt at my side of the pond) doing it’s job between the Johnny’s. And I have to say, I’m not dissappointed in AGCO watching these video’s and since I drove a Fendt
Great video, lots of good info thanks
That is awesome you showed that. We also run Deere and really like the software associated with it. We also run some Fendt tractors and really like them and would be nice to run a system like that so that all communicate on the same software!! Thanks a lot for the video.
So you haven't bought the Challenger yet? I think you should, seems to be worth it💪👍 Good harvest to you guys:)
That’s cool what you did to the challenger
That agco looks good with y’all green equipment
Very interesting! Thanks again!!
God I wish I could do what you do! Look like a blast!!!
WOW 😮 didn’t realise how the grain cart dwarfed the Challenger!
I’m starting to see a change here. Somebody might be leaving the green team in the future huh ??? Haha great videos man really like how you actually explain things
Love your vids
I love your videos they are one of the best I've ever seen keep it up
Dang. Call me a luddite, but I'm happy with my 1976 MF1105 with electronics that start the tractor and have 3 toggle switches for lights. My 1998 NH Skidsteer is a little too complicated.
Great Video Zach!
I just found your channel last week. It is very well done and is informative. I was very interested in your opinions on trade and subsidies. When you said you don’t like subsidies I think you forgot about all the subsidies the ethanol industry receives. That has a large impact on your corn prices.
After you are finished with your harvest I would like you to revisit the trade issue. In August you talked about pissing off our neighbors to the north and south. Now less than two months later we have a new deal with them. So what is your opinion on this deal.
Wow, awesome.👍👍👍👍
Love the videos
Man i would never be able to opprate that thing to much like a spaceship im used to doing it all the manual way no electronics
That's a big price to drive in a straight line!
Ok , that's good man!
Holy moly that system is genius
Why the Challenger verses the Deere or another brand on tracks? Thank you for sharing with us!!!
Ziegler Cat has excellent product support!
Hopefully back to the harvest next
😂😂autosteer on a lawnmower would be absolutely gold!
Feels like someone is seriously thinking about getting some AGCO eqip :)))
Very interesting experience! thanks! What about warranty for a tractor after retrofit? It could be a doubt point in case of any accidents.
