The whole crew did a fantastic job that house looks so beautiful inside and out😊😊😊
Great work guys. Love the videos.
Cool timelapse. The two additional houses look pretty good. Plenty of space for a first time buyer, a modern 1 child family or an ADU. I could see the owner of the original home turning this into a sort of generational compound for a kid and grandparents.
There's a lot of concrete on the floor, though, instead of garden space. I don't really know the proper term in my native Dutch, let alone English, but there was something about homes in cities becoming too much of a concrete jungle. Something about impacting drainage from heavy rains. How do you guys combat that in NZ?
love your work Josh!
That was a bloody terrific job well done
Space is tight on islands filled with mountains… try explaining that to someone in Oklahoma or Texas…:)
Nice one brother, great little units!
Great work!
Subscribed. I’m actually thinking of something similar for my backyard in Auckland. Great ideas
Really lovely work Josh and Team ! I'm starting my apprenticeship in Building and wanting to do what you are doing right now. One question .. are you a project manager or ?? I wanna reach what you are doing now in 10 years time
Luckily kids just want to stay indoors and play on their devices because you took away their backyard by cramming two home onto that lot. Plus no garage for the second house.
I detest what is happening to our single-family neighborhoods in California because of our state legislature under Gov. Newsome. I see NZ is no different.
On the positive side, you sound like you know your trade well. Love the drone shots.
Thats no family home
I've seen worse lol
Bad shower.
