For this townhouse I was inspired by different styles. The main style is a modern classic with different influences from other styles.

Technical Details: No CC used! The paintings in the build are No CC Paintings (Gallery Art). These are NOT marked as CC in the gallery and can therefore be used by console players. These paintings were done by a Sim at the easel!

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

Truly beautiful! It's always so fascinating watching your custom-made furniture and decore come together! And you put in so much work showing everything in detail and even including information about all the objects you used. No matter what anyone may say about your style, I love what you create and that I can always tell it's from you. These townhouses are already a departure from your usual modern farmhouse style, and an absolutely stunning one at that! However, I think you can build anything you want and it would turn out a piece of art. ❤️
I have to say, though, I'm an absolute sucker for a nice townhouse, and this just looks so perfect! Your combination of more classic and modern influences in the interior is very tasteful and classy. The exterior looks just so detailed, even though you used very few objects to achieve that effect. That is true expertise! 👍

Not whay I expected for a townhome. It looks like like a townhome with a separate residential basement (aka apartment). But what do i know. I cant build to save my life 😂😂. Very beautiful tho ❤

Great build and I love how you used the frames for mirrors because that's what is missing in the game, larger wall mirrors! It's so limited. Also, what do you think of the clutter kit that's out? As a builder do you think it's usable?
Thank you very much 🤗🥰 To be honest, I haven't bought the two new kits yet 😅 Maybe I will buy them someday when I have more money, but I prefer minimalist designs and for that I don't need these kits 😊 That's why it's not a problem for me not to buy it yet 😊

I'm still trying to figure out the first step. How did you hollow the ground out so that it wouldn't mess with the foundation? I love building townhouses but i hate having the earth mess up/having the foundation in the middle of the two floors
