- In this The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speedbuild + Tips and Tricks video, I show you the building process and the interior of the 2nd part of my big townhouse project. Also this house is like all my other Sims 4 houses completely No CC. The paintings I used are also No CC. You can find more information below in the description!

For this townhouse I have thought of something special. I imagined how it would be to buy an old house that I renovate inside modern, warm and bright. The special thing about it is that it has a personal meaning for me. Before I started playing Sims 4, I had to plan the renovation of an old and broken house. But since all architecture programs were too expensive, I came across the game The Sims 4 during my research. At that time the game was just on sale and I planned the complete renovation with the game Sims 4. Through this I found out that I really enjoy building houses and I became a Sims 4 Builder. If I hadn't had to do this renovation back then, I wouldn't be a Sims 4 Builder today. That was a little fun fact about me. The house I renovated back then, I renovated in the same style as this townhouse.

Technical Details: No CC used! The paintings in the build are No CC Paintings (Gallery Art). These are NOT marked as CC in the gallery and can therefore be used by console players. These paintings were done by a Sim at the easel!

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

These two look so amazing next to one another! 😍 Is it weird if what I like most about a townhouse are the outside spaces? They may be small, but that also makes them look so cosy!
Of course, your interior looks awesome as always! Love the staircase in the living area; you almost always give them so much appeal and drama. They are more than just a way to the next level; they help define a space with their location and shape.

I'd live here. Lovely work. I'd add a handrail to the stairs but thats all. In the UK any build wouldn't be signed off up to code without a hand rail for safety on that height of stairs. But it's not real life and sims don't fall down stairs.
Thank you 🤗 Yes, fortunately it's only sims and they can not fall down. I think if I were allowed to work with CC, I would pay attention to something like that. I often build my own railings from debug objects, but to be honest it's soooo much work and usually takes over an hour. That's why I often don't do it, because I just don't have the time.

I use a reshade mod and my own preset. My preset is not available for download. But there is a lot of information about the Reshade Mod in general on Google, UA-cam, etc 😊
Am I the only Simer that doesn’t like playing builds with multiple levels? Makes game play annoying. But this is a nice build!

Nobody cares
Not only you. The gameplay is easier on one level. But I love all the coplicated houses from Sarina or other artists and I put them to my game and move some families there. And don’t care about their complicated living. Looks nice in my Simworld
