Jump Rope Mom been skipping for a while and can do things like squats and double cross overs but now making the most of this spare time 😂. Learn EB last 2 weeks which took a bit of time getting my head around

Great question. you lift and cross at the same time. I should have a slo mo clip in there ;-)
When I try to un cross my rope gets stuck behind my leg
Try videoing yourself to see where you get tripped up. Might be placement of your arms or wrists.
How long does it take to learn this trick "toad"???
Everyone learns at their own pace. Get your rhythm and basics down first then start this :-) You'll get it!
