But he might a nice guy outside of the Tonight Show, maybe he just sucks as a host and that's all. I mean that's a lot of pressure trying to be funnier than Conan. Then again i don't even find him funny on SNL...

Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Hart are 2 comedians that have never made me laugh. I believe there is 2 types of comedians.
There are comedians that are naturally funny. It's like a gift.
(Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy to name a few). Then you have people who are not funny at all
so they act the fool to get laugh. Like any talent out there. You either got it or you don't.
I'm 75% of the way through this video and I still haven't heard a single word about this "truth" that's getting so hard to ignore. It's just a JimmyFest.

I liked him best when during the pandemic, he did his show from home. He seemed his most genuine self, warm & generous to guests during interviews. It was as if being at home with his family was his most comfortable & showed him at his best!

I like Jimmy Fallon as tonight show host. He does games with guests and seems to really want to entertain the audience. Also unlike the other guys, he actually does 5 nights a week, whereas Colbert keeps saying we do this every night or something, when it is only 4 nights a week.... All late night I like, mostly for see a guest I havent seen for a while, but also the topical humor

His show is the only late night show I like and laugh at. I don’t follow it, but if it’s on, sometimes I’ll watch it and I love his interviews and comical things that he adds.

I love Jimmy Fallon and news flash to any complaining staff, work is hard and sometimes you cry. Get over it or get a new job we’ve all had issues at work at one time or another.

I'd bet the complainers were problematic personalities and iffy at their duties. Can't help but wonder if the rest of staff are fine with him -- and those few who go paid by RS who are whining were simply resentful people who didn't fit well in the job and didn't get along with him largely because they disappointed everyone else depending on them to carry their own weight and be dependable at the show. Sounds like Fallon did the pragmatic thing and didn't dignify the stunt with formal attention but instead offered a low key "aw, sorry, wah" and got back to life.
I saw this annoying tagline and figured it would be trash that I wouldn't sit through -- but I was pleasantly surprised by how it was mildly entertaining with a mix of factoids (neutral, pleasant or lame), until the total garbage at the end which was so awkwardly added.
Why SNL existed and exists is beyond me. It is pointless and not funny.
I hated his spoof on the Gibbs too! It wasn't funny - and HE isn't funny!

I NEVER liked Jimmy Fallon and never will. I always feel he his putting on a show to be likeable, but it so fake and bad acted. Whenever in a long shot I turn on The Tonight Show I instantly regret it and miss Jay Leno and Johnny Carson even more!
