Agree on Wir geben ne Party. Such a Banger. I admit its a bit stupid but that kind of makes the charme of this entry. It competes with 1979 and 1980 to be my favourite German entry of the 20th century. In general Ralph Siegel is usually a hit or miss for me Behind our entry I have Poland 2nd and Ireland 3rd
I love this year but we disagree A LOT. Out of my top 5 only one song gets into your top 10 (cyprus) and your winner is my last place😂 it's important to remember that we all have different tastes and i appreciate the effort and the professionalism of this video👍continue like this

Haha this is a fun list. I don't agree with everything (Portugal 20th?? and I really can't see why people love Finland so much while these girls really couldn't sing nor dance) but you make a lot of good points nevertheless. My votes: 1 pt: Romania (quite an interesting song, but you really have to hear it several times so I understand it didn't do well) 2 pts: Norway (very capable as you say, albeit a bit generic) 3 pts: France (France being very French) 4 pts: Russia (one of the most interesting Russian entries ever actually) 5 pts: Cyprus (a very passionate performance and interesting song) 6 pts: Germany (yeah it's party. Also quite trashy, but in a fun way) 7 pts: Portugal (I think this is very warm and melodic) 8 pts: Poland (amazing vocal, truly amazing!) 10 pts: Ireland (very humble, honest and musically really beautiful) 12 pts: Hungary (this is hauntingly beautiful, incredible vocal, excellent!)
same winner, but ralph siegel making great songs being a rare sight? did you not remember chain of lights 2015?? but jokes aside, the man has produced some downright brilliant songs, including 6 personal top 3s (theater - my 2nd, johnny blue - my 1st, ein bisschen frieden - my 2nd favourite song of all time, lass die sonne - my 2nd, this, reise nach jerusalem - my 3rd) and crisalide which was my 4th that year. all of his other stuff is pretty bad, but those 7 songs are gems that i will treasure forever
RIP Sara Tavares
Same top 2 but upside down. I love both entries but Rock n Roll Kids carries me to good old times ❤
