This was an excellent video. It really helped me out trying to figure out if I can do this lift myself and now I’m sure I can. Really appreciate you posting it.
Nice job. Thanks for taking the time to shoot and post. I have not seen a video describing the Trackick suspension spacer lift with this much detail. My 95 Tracker spends a lot of time in the desertl and I could really use the ground clearance. I have not yet installed a similar kit I have had for over 2 years. Maybe your video will inspire me to get rolling on that. Thanks for posting.
I just did my 2001 4 door Tracker and had to grind out the strut holes as I had a big toe in problem. Also had to get adjustable strut bolts. Still have to get it aligned but it is a lot closer to being right than it was. I went with the 84 Crown Vic HiWay Patrol rear shocks. This is my Ice fishing car for northern Minnesota, Just needed a little more clearance so it will be easier to get around in the snow on the ice, hopefully.
Gen 2 vacuum actuator to mechanical locking hubs? Done it, ideas? Installed 1" spacers & 225 75r16's w/o lift on my 02 Tracker 3dr, 2000L but reluctant to buy or repair my pump. NOTE: Installed 3" lift on my 93 Tracker 1.6L 8v & camber is very positive until removing 2" from the front after a new right cv separation while in a hole.
I just installed this lift on my Geo tracker, Camber bolts did not work for me, I wound up drilling strut housing and frame bolt holes with 9/16 drill bit, gave me just enough to fix my camber!
I'm also running the 2005 Ford E150 rear shocks. It's a dead on 2 inch shift of range to right where you need it. Plus it's a heavier duty shock as opposed to the stock ones.
If you do not put longer shocks then you do not get the benefit of the lift because the length of the shocks is the limiting factor in the rear. If you think about it the front has longer struts now as well through the second set of spacers up front. So yes longer shocks are necessary.
Puttin on a set of 38 x 15 Monster Mudderz! Major Sheetmetal Chop Chop, Wish me luk! Also Lookin for another automatic donor to slap on a set of OTT skidder trakz & PTO! Lil Screamin, Chevies, make da big blok boyz look like foolz & cry like lil skool gurlz! when they are stuk. And U skim the top, 🤣 Fukem!
Don't go with the camera bolts I tried them they did not work what a waste of money. When I did my lift I slotted the top hole in the strut so you have camber adjustment through the slotted top hole in the strut where it mounts to the knuckle
thanks for posting this, I just threw the same lift in my 93, watched your video Saturday morning and just went out there and put it together. thanks!
Great stuff just put this on my 1990 tracker last night 3-23-18 works great my new tires are 235 look good
Thanks for the video

I appreciate the feedback, I'm happy I could help!

Thanks for making the video, I picked up a 98 tracker for $360 that I will be building up this spring
just picked up a 93, thanks for adding to the tracker vids on UA-cam. As you said there ain't much out there on these
Gen 2 vacuum actuator to mechanical locking hubs?

I'm putting this lift on in a couple of weeks, thanks for making the video
Thanks for the info! What hand tools are needed for this instillation? Minus floor jack and stands?
Nice video.very interesting. i have are 1998 sidekick i have on it 205/75 /15 tiers. i would like to get off road tiers. what size can i look for??
Nice job buddy I appreciate your time and energy
I just installed this lift on my Geo tracker, Camber bolts did not work for me, I wound up drilling strut housing and frame bolt holes with 9/16 drill bit, gave me just enough to fix my camber!
I'm also seeing that the rear diff breather hose needs to be longer for full dropped. Easy, cheap fix though.

thank you.. going to lift my suziki .good video
Consider updating your title to include suzuki escudo/vitara, also where on Amazon did you get this kit?
Make a 2 inch rear shock spacer from some tube steel works great
Is this basically the same installation for a 2000 tracker? liking the channel so far and have subbed good stuff
Will this lift work with regular oem length shocks? 96 tracker

Thanks... I have a 2003 4dr with automatic & V6
Good info...thanks......turbo?
Turbo?
Will this fit on 95 geo metro 5 speed g10-?
What's your opinion on wheel base spacers? Thank you
I have 31 10 50 15s on mine with the stock wheels running a two and a half inch wheel spacer I haven't had a problem in a year and a half with them
Do you have the link?
I appreciate living in Florida that much more whenever I see that "little bit of" rust!
Best video. Super descriptive. Thank you.
I want to do a 4" suspension lift were can I get 1
Altered ego motorsports
Is that steel panther in the background at 9:00?
Great video!
More likely those stock bolts are 12mm. If so I'd get some 12mm 10.9 bolts. Metric 10.9 = SAE grade 8.
My friend is it true that you can use hokey pugs instead???
Yes for a body lift
Good job Bud, tx for the video.
better to go with good quality plastic as they r quieter.

this sidekick has seen better days ......
Very cool, thank you
Amazon?
But where do I get bigger shocks
Jacob Basham I've always got my shocks from Napa. I just tell them 95 crown Vic rear shocks from the base model.
I used 92 yjs
Were you happy with the 95 Crown vic shocks? i heard 95 mustang has an inch more travel. Have you heard of alternatives?
Have you had aluminum or steel spacers before?
4jtrue I believe they were steel. I can't remember off the top of my head.
Camber bolts??????
Don't go with the camera bolts I tried them they did not work what a waste of money. When I did my lift I slotted the top hole in the strut so you have camber adjustment through the slotted top hole in the strut where it mounts to the knuckle
Putting a 2 inch block in the front spring gives more than 2 inches lift...
I believe the front spacers are .500 smaller then the rears
Man i dont think I could live in a northern state with all the salt and rust
Just subbed...Could use one back...Trackers are pretty tuff for what they are...Have a great day...
more than a little rust going on there
WHEN CATS FART THEY STINK AWFULL BUT YOU CAN NEVER HEAR THEM DO IT,
