My family adopted a cat a few years ago, a ginger tabby that we named Archie. He has such a personality, he loves belly rubs and back scratches, and we honestly can't picture daily life without him.

When I was 2 months old my mom and dad adopted a yellow lab who was the love of my life I could not get enough of her and then she passed last year because she had a tumor
I have 2 rescue cats currently. One named sassy who we found being torn apart by 2 tomcats before she even had teeth, we found her outside of a church and then Rubble who we found literally in an abandoned warehouse where he was living in floor to ceiling newspapers and trash that had been dumped. There’s a video about him on my channel somewhere but with my dust and mould allergies, poor little rubble needed 3 baths before I was able to get all the yuck off of him!
I adopted a little cat named Petrus two years ago, he was found alone next to a road and he was only 3 months, now he is super happy with me and my family and we love him so much :)
When my Cammi (a calico) passed in July 2018, I adopted Molly (16 yr senior) a rag doll, Snickers (2 yr) domestic short hair and Inky (8 month old) Black kitten. We lost Molly last month and looking to take another senior in soon. Radar, my chi mix, might not be happy, but he looked out for Molly.
Wendy is so cute! Seeing the videos of her playing definitely warms my heart! Cats are my favorite animal. My parents have adopted some cats. One of the cats had one eye and I named Brightheart after the character from Warrior Cats (which was a very fitting name for her).
Wendy is such a precious little girl! So sweet and cute! I have two kitties named Toby and Mindy (I like simple names as well). There's a special place in my heart for animals (especially cats) and definitely want to adopt more someday. Breaks my heart how anybody could do anything to hurt these special little creatures. I currently have 8 adopted animals. 4 dogs, 4 cats, & might soon be adding a one-eyed cat cutie to our family. Their names are Bruno(Pug), Cloud(Husky), Neptune(Lab), Fendi(Lab), Licorice(Black Cat), Cheesecake(Gray Tabby), Sugar & Spice(Orange Tabbies). This was an awesome video! Wendy is adorable!! I've rescued hundreds of cats since the 80s, when the First pregnant one showed up at my house. The ones that would come In Stayed Inside and Safe! Some would not, but I had shelter, food and water on my porch for them. I miss each and every one that I've lost over the years! I now have 3 inside...and Spook just cost me $545 at the vet! Kidney Stones! Thank you for giving Wendy a chance to Fly! (Peter Pan reference...like you, I will Never grow up!)
She's a heartbreaker!! Hope she has warmed to you by now ; ) I adopted 2 kittens from a shelter a long time ago. One went outside one day and never came back, but we had her sister her whole life, for 18 years! Its really cool that you are advocating for adopting animals, its the only way people should get them!

My cat was the last kitten to find a home from my friends litter. I would have went to an adoption centre otherwise. I got her January last year, and then lockdown happened in March in the UK. I called her Morgana, and I don't know what I would have done without her. She has good taste cause she is also a fan of yours. She has watched a number of your videos with me!
I love that you've made this and made people aware of how amazing rescue animals can be! I've had 5 cats and they're all rescue cats! 2 were a part of a litter. The people were saying that they were going to kill them if they were sold/adopted. We went in for 1 and came out with 2. We called them Sunny and Gizzy. One of my others was abused by kids and dragged around by her tail and we were recommended when we first looked at her, to not bring her home to a house with kids. Well we did. It took years for us to even go near her but now 10 years on, she is very loving and doesn't mind when we touch even her stomach which is massive, in accordance to where she originated from. We changed her name from Angel to Tibby. Then, again we went to get one, but came out with a mother and daughter who were in the cat shelter because we didn't want to separate them from each other. They went from Safron and Spice to Saffie and Cookie. They are all 8-12 years old and are so adorable!! xo
We adopted two bonded cats about 4 1/2 years ago. They bonded to each other during foster care. The foster family didn’t socialize them very well, so they’re on the feral side. They finally allow us to pet them occasionally. We can never pick them up. Their names are Magik (Illiyana Rasputina from Xmen/New Mutants), and Misty (Misty Day from American Horror Story Coven).

Thank you for spreading awareness about that, I know you are such an animal lover, and it's important for me to spread love about animals, too many animals are abused or beaten by humans or abandoned and it breaks my heart so much. If I could, my home would be fuuuuull of animals. Especially cats, I'm used to them since I was born. BTW I NEED YOUR SHIRT I'M LOVING IT !!! About my cats, I have 2, Bambou and Hope. You met Hope, during one of our last virtual con together, he is 7 years old, and someone give it to me because, his cat got too many babies and couldn't keep them all, and one of my cat I had before (Who was called Cookie) died a few months before and my other cat was feeling alone, my mum was sad because Cookie was her cat so, we took Hope. Funny story about Hope is that it was supposed to be a girl, but after the second check to the veterinary, we discovered it's finally a boy because his balls just finally appeared after 4/5months.... haha such a funny story. My first cat is called Bambou, I will show it to you next time (last time he was sleeping haha) ! He is 15 years old now, but he had such a sad start. He was abandoned in a garbage and we found him. He was abused and beaten too. He was sick (coryza and his heart wasn't beating regularly), not able to eat by himself, not weaned so he was very little. So I prayed my mum to keep it and, it was summer holidays, so I took care of him the whole summer, like a mother. And he is everything to me, we have such a strong bound, he follow me everywhere (even in the toilets haha), he is my baby. Now he is almost 15, has diabetes, he almost died 3 years ago because of it but I give him my best to keep him healthy. It's gonna be hard when he will be gone, he is everything to me. But I always said to myself that when I will be ready to have a new one, I would love to take cats who needs help or old cats who get abandoned because they are old and who needs lots of love to finish their life in a happy home. Funny story about Cookie, the previous one I talked about. When I got her, I was working in a veterinary clinic as a trainee and someone find her in the street and bring her to the clinic. It was in june so, it was the big moment where cats are giving birth or being abandoned before summer holidays (which is horrible, hate people for that). And all the associations around were full and couldn't take her, we called many people to find her a family but nothing. And then the vet' told me "if we don't find her a family till the end of the week, we can't keep her here forever so I will euthanasia her". So I tried my best to find her a family but nothing. Friday came and still no family... So at my lunch break, I called my mum and i was crying at the phone : " Mum there is no family for her, he will do euthanasia on her, please can we take her". And she finally said yes and I bring her home. My Mum was kind of angry at the beginning to have another cat but it finally became her baby cat. Sorry it was a loooong comment, congrats if you read everything haha Welcome again to Wendy in the family, I know she is in a loving place now ! Take care of you and lots of love to all of you !
I have always had too many!! Always adopting or sometimes from a client! I've always worked with animals in different fields! Vet tech, grooming, boarding and daycare manager, teaching. Ive worked with rescues and am friends with the directors as well as one director only brings her dogs to me for grooming! We currently have a pitty/jack Russell mix named zoey bear and shes been my rock since day 1. Then our shih tzu miss phoebe buffet and shes just as special as the character! Then our 2 guinea pigs baby groot who is the newest addition and pigcasso! I had a cat a while ago and her name was hermione!
Ryan u are a beautiful human being, she is gorgeous and very lucky. My family did rescue my family dog as the people who got her didn’t want her. She was a black lab cross collie and she was called buzz. We lost her a few years ago to old age she was 17 when she passed on

I have had 3 cats and have loved them all. My first cat was Tiger and we rescued him and his mom and sisters from living behind a washer machine. We were only able to keep one, Tiger. His mom and sisters went to other homes. As he was leaving us my dad brought home 4 kittens that he found at his work. We named one Cuddles and he was the softest and fluffiest cat ever. Then there was Simba. Sadly all my cats are gone now and it is just too soon to get more cats. I hate it when they die. But I loved them and miss them. And I am thankful for the time I had with them.
1. I agree, boy cats are easier. Same with girl dogs. 2. If you're ever in Utah, there is the cutest place called Cuddles Cat Lounge. They are a cat rescue that goes to different shelters throughout the state and saves the kitties that are on the list to be put down. They have Cat Yoga and craft nights. Super cute place with all kinds of cats hanging out! I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Utah. 3. I adopted a Budgie (Parakeet) Her name is Faith. Animals are the best! 4. Thank your for bringing awareness to animal shelters and fostering animals. More people need to know and having someone with a big online presence sharing information is very beneficial.
we have like 10-15 cats all were adopted from elsewhere.. recently we saw a stray persian cat who is so cute and we had to keep and feed her.. shes like a baby 4 mos old... and cuddly ginger .. we name her nalaa
All my cats over the years were rescues. One I took away from a ex friend of mine's family as her father and brother abused him, doc said he would not older than 4 or 5 years as he was in terrible shape. In the end I had to let him go over the Rainbow Bridge due to cancer. He was 12 years old! Currently I have 3 rescues and another 3 semi ferals and also 1 German Shepherd /Husky cross rescue Girl. She was 4 months when we got her and at deaths door, she is turning 10 in August.
Aww Wendy is so adorable.I've always had rescue pets I re-homed 4 guinea pigs so at one point I had 1 cat 2 rabbits and 4 guinea pigs.About 5 or 6 months after my lovely cat had to be put to sleep after being hit by a van, I re-homed a Staffy pup whose owners couldn't keep him because their daughter is allergic to fur.Nearly 5 years later I have a loving energic nutty dog.My house is not a home without a pet.

My Persian cat is from a local pet shop that closed down due to them not caring for the animals properly She was the smallest kitten and she was very very sick My mom got her when I was 2 and I am now 17, she has recently had a health scare and in turn, wobbles when she walks But other than her wobble she is perfectly fine!
Wendy is so beautiful and the perfect addition to your family. I adopted my orange tabby, Nigel, back in 2013 and he was by my side until last month when he passed away at 8 years old. she's gorgeous, and so is this message! adoption is such an important thing and can change not just one life, but two :) my rescue dog, Baloo, was found in a shed with over 200 other dogs. being only 3 months of age he was definitely hesitant to come home with us when we started fostering him, but it wasn't long after that we all clicked, and there was no doubt he wouldn't be leaving the family. almost exactly ten years later, he's still my best furry friend :)

I have seven cats and I love them all! (I'm also allergic to all of them haha) My family has only ever adopted from shelters and rescued a few from off the street (2 of which sadly died of feline leukemia that was a horrible experience) but we've had one cat we rescued from under my sister's porch when she was a kitten and now I believe she's 11 or 12, such a sweet heart. We also rescued a kitten last year that was dropped in our driveway by a hawk! He's definitely the king of our house hold haha adored by all.
This is amazing, YOU are amazing. I love when people are able to take care of so many animals and show them love. My family got two little cat brothers from a local animal shelter even though we wanted a Maine Coon. We named them Apollo and Hermes. Five years later they're the biggest, fluffiest and kindest cats I've ever met.
My 2 cats were basically adopted but from the wild instead of a shelter. They are brother and sister, Tigger and Tillie. Sadly I lost Tigger on February 14, 2021 after he suffered a blood clot and his back legs became paralyzed. I had to put him down, it wasn’t an easy choice but the best thing for him. He wasn’t going to have a good quality of life, most cats don’t really recover from his condition.
I can’t wait to see more Wendy!! My husband and I technically didn’t adopt our fur baby, we found her in the side of the road at 3 weeks old and she’s been stuck with us ever since. I’m always happy to see people adopting more fur babies, they make your life so much better.
She is adorable! I’m a massive fan of human names for animals, it’s the best. My rescue cat Phoebe is part Satan, part cuddle bug but I wouldn’t have her any other way. If I could, I’d adopt them all, so glad Wendy has a forever home with you now ❤️

I know I'm late, but Wendy is the cutest! I have a cat named Salem that I got when my friends found her in a bush outside their house back in October. She was only about a month old and she's still smaller than she should be, but she's a happy kitty now! She's a little crackhead but she's my little crackhead hahah

My first animal was a dog and his name was Bruno. I was little back then and i really connected with him. I loved him a lot i even used to go into his house with him. (it was a bigger dog house).. Than one day somebody poisoned him and it broke my heart. After that I've had two rescue kittens that i found on the street, but unfortunately they went missing and never came back. So i hate when people hurt animals on purpose, I mean they can't talk back or say how they feel or well fight back humans.. But sadly some psychopaths enjoy hurting weaker beings.. 🙁
Both of my fur kitties are adopted. They're from the pound/shelter, and they both have very unique personalities. Silver is a Russian Blue and Ebony is a Bombay.
This was such a wholesome video and such a cute kitty; my mom has rescued plenty of animals over the years and my family has loved everyone single of them whether cats, dogs or other animals. This video was so sweet and I needed to see something like this today; because I just lost one of my doggies yesterday she was with me for 16 long years (we had her since i was 11) and passed away yesterday morning; and it hurt so much; so thank you for this video.

My hubs and I adopted our dog. We had to drive 3 hours each way to get get her but she is totally worth it. She's a husky shepherd mix named Ziva. She's awesome 🥰
Absolutely love this one, you’re doing great things! My family adopted bunnies many years ago, we were actually at a breeder looking to buy, but he also had two older bunnies that needed a new home as well! We adopted the two and because they got along well with one of the baby bunnies there we also went home with the baby :) the two older ones always took care and protected the little one whenever they could, let him eat first and the most (he eventually was quite chunky but we got that under control 😂). Theyve all unfortunately passed by now, but they grew very old with us and It’s always nice to think back to them. I really want to adopt an animal again but I now unfortunately live in a flat where pets aren’t allowed.. and im the same as you, if i went into a shelter I would not leave on my own 😁
Hey Ryan :D My family has two adopted dogs from Spain about 9 years ago because some organisations found them homeless and lonely as puppies. We called them Maya and Spencer and they are actually pretty smart and can do lots of tricks :) however, it is essential to have some kind of knowledge when you think about adopting a street dog because they can be tough to handle!

We adopted a stray who my neighbor’s tried to get in all (Maine) winter.. we’ve had her a year now and named her Sam! She typically will talk back to you if you yell “Sammy” as if you’re Dean from Supernatural 😂 I’m definitely her person and though she has warmed up to our family she still hides from anyone who doesn’t live in the house. She’s a grey striped tabby and has made our home her castle.

both of my sisters work in car dealer ships. my second cat, Nova, was brought to me by my eldest sister. the mechanics found her under the hood of a the car, who had traveled a good 20 minutes from their house. it was the winter months, and as they got her, it was clear she was a feral stray. of course my sister brought her to me. a year later and a few days AFTER Nova was brought to me, my other sister brought me Salem, a little black kitten she found on the side of the road. not to mention the countless birds they have brought me. I'm as my family calls me, 'snow white'. bonus points for the same finch that likes to come and chirp at my window every here and there.
I have an adopted cat named Sophie. I discovered after having her for a while that she has suffered a head injury and is missing half her teeth on one side. She is my precious baby. Thank you for adopting a special needs kitty.
We have 3 dogs. 2 of them are brothers. We got them from a shelter. Their names are Goose and Viper. Then we have Gizmo. We got him for free because his original owner was going to bring him to the shelter because her boyfriend stepped in poop of his sand threatened to leave the owner.
Awww cerebral hypoplasia is it? She's adorable and of course found a brill fur dad ☺️ I've adopted numourus cats... One from from a friend who found a kitten on the stairs of the flats we lived in, had him for good 10years... He was a mess, worms, sinus infections... Took three bouts of meds to get him right. I took him as I had cats already, trying to find him somewhere but no rescue would take him so he ended up staying with me!. I then adopted a old cat, with teeth and gum issues... When I first saw him his tongue was sticking out, which is what drew me to him.... He was the best of all, I never regretted it and would advise anyone not to over look older cats.. I then adopted a three legged cat, she was a shell.. depressed and nothing like a cat, it took a year but she was so happy and she would run round like any of them, it didn't slow her down at all... Till near the end. And would say not overlook the shy ones or disabled ones either!. I got the usual "no one wants her" speech from the place I adopted her, so... Home she came. It's such a rewarding thing. I haven't fostered, as I worry the same like you... I'd end up wanting to keep them lol But lately and with following a bunch of fosterers of FB and Instagram I have changed my mind and would love to...and am looking into it. I just adopted a little cardinal fledgling who fell out of her nest it was storming and cant find her mom so I'm making sure shes safe and dry. I named her winnefred. I was adopted from an orphanage and was the 11th kid in my family so i guess carrying on the tradition I also have two fish named " Orfin" and " Adopsea

So sorry to hear this! One of my biggest fears is losing my pupper! She is a chocolate lab and just turned 11 last week 🖤

One went outside one day and never came back, but we had her sister her whole life, for 18 years! Its really cool that you are advocating for adopting animals, its the only way people should get them!

My cat was the last kitten to find a home from my friends litter. I would have went to an adoption centre otherwise. I got her January last year, and then lockdown happened in March in the UK. I called her Morgana, and I don't know what I would have done without her. She has good taste cause she is also a fan of yours. She has watched a number of your videos with me!
I love that you've made this and made people aware of how amazing rescue animals can be! I've had 5 cats and they're all rescue cats! 2 were a part of a litter. The people were saying that they were going to kill them if they were sold/adopted. We went in for 1 and came out with 2. We called them Sunny and Gizzy. One of my others was abused by kids and dragged around by her tail and we were recommended when we first looked at her, to not bring her home to a house with kids. Well we did. It took years for us to even go near her but now 10 years on, she is very loving and doesn't mind when we touch even her stomach which is massive, in accordance to where she originated from. We changed her name from Angel to Tibby. Then, again we went to get one, but came out with a mother and daughter who were in the cat shelter because we didn't want to separate them from each other. They went from Safron and Spice to Saffie and Cookie. They are all 8-12 years old and are so adorable!! xo

We adopted two bonded cats about 4 1/2 years ago. They bonded to each other during foster care. The foster family didn’t socialize them very well, so they’re on the feral side. They finally allow us to pet them occasionally. We can never pick them up. Their names are Magik (Illiyana Rasputina from Xmen/New Mutants), and Misty (Misty Day from American Horror Story Coven).

About my cats, I have 2, Bambou and Hope. You met Hope, during one of our last virtual con together, he is 7 years old, and someone give it to me because, his cat got too many babies and couldn't keep them all, and one of my cat I had before (Who was called Cookie) died a few months before and my other cat was feeling alone, my mum was sad because Cookie was her cat so, we took Hope. Funny story about Hope is that it was supposed to be a girl, but after the second check to the veterinary, we discovered it's finally a boy because his balls just finally appeared after 4/5months.... haha such a funny story.
My first cat is called Bambou, I will show it to you next time (last time he was sleeping haha) ! He is 15 years old now, but he had such a sad start. He was abandoned in a garbage and we found him. He was abused and beaten too. He was sick (coryza and his heart wasn't beating regularly), not able to eat by himself, not weaned so he was very little. So I prayed my mum to keep it and, it was summer holidays, so I took care of him the whole summer, like a mother. And he is everything to me, we have such a strong bound, he follow me everywhere (even in the toilets haha), he is my baby. Now he is almost 15, has diabetes, he almost died 3 years ago because of it but I give him my best to keep him healthy. It's gonna be hard when he will be gone, he is everything to me. But I always said to myself that when I will be ready to have a new one, I would love to take cats who needs help or old cats who get abandoned because they are old and who needs lots of love to finish their life in a happy home.
Funny story about Cookie, the previous one I talked about. When I got her, I was working in a veterinary clinic as a trainee and someone find her in the street and bring her to the clinic. It was in june so, it was the big moment where cats are giving birth or being abandoned before summer holidays (which is horrible, hate people for that). And all the associations around were full and couldn't take her, we called many people to find her a family but nothing. And then the vet' told me "if we don't find her a family till the end of the week, we can't keep her here forever so I will euthanasia her". So I tried my best to find her a family but nothing. Friday came and still no family... So at my lunch break, I called my mum and i was crying at the phone : " Mum there is no family for her, he will do euthanasia on her, please can we take her". And she finally said yes and I bring her home. My Mum was kind of angry at the beginning to have another cat but it finally became her baby cat.

I have always had too many!! Always adopting or sometimes from a client! I've always worked with animals in different fields! Vet tech, grooming, boarding and daycare manager, teaching. Ive worked with rescues and am friends with the directors as well as one director only brings her dogs to me for grooming! We currently have a pitty/jack Russell mix named zoey bear and shes been my rock since day 1. Then our shih tzu miss phoebe buffet and shes just as special as the character! Then our 2 guinea pigs baby groot who is the newest addition and pigcasso! I had a cat a while ago and her name was hermione!

Ryan u are a beautiful human being, she is gorgeous and very lucky. My family did rescue my family dog as the people who got her didn’t want her. She was a black lab cross collie and she was called buzz. We lost her a few years ago to old age she was 17 when she passed on

I have had 3 cats and have loved them all. My first cat was Tiger and we rescued him and his mom and sisters from living behind a washer machine. We were only able to keep one, Tiger. His mom and sisters went to other homes. As he was leaving us my dad brought home 4 kittens that he found at his work. We named one Cuddles and he was the softest and fluffiest cat ever. Then there was Simba. Sadly all my cats are gone now and it is just too soon to get more cats. I hate it when they die. But I loved them and miss them. And I am thankful for the time I had with them.
1. I agree, boy cats are easier. Same with girl dogs.
2. If you're ever in Utah, there is the cutest place called Cuddles Cat Lounge. They are a cat rescue that goes to different shelters throughout the state and saves the kitties that are on the list to be put down. They have Cat Yoga and craft nights. Super cute place with all kinds of cats hanging out! I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Utah.
3. I adopted a Budgie (Parakeet) Her name is Faith. Animals are the best!
4. Thank your for bringing awareness to animal shelters and fostering animals. More people need to know and having someone with a big online presence sharing information is very beneficial.
we have like 10-15 cats all were adopted from elsewhere.. recently we saw a stray persian cat who is so cute and we had to keep and feed her.. shes like a baby 4 mos old... and cuddly ginger .. we name her nalaa

All my cats over the years were rescues. One I took away from a ex friend of mine's family as her father and brother abused him, doc said he would not older than 4 or 5 years as he was in terrible shape. In the end I had to let him go over the Rainbow Bridge due to cancer. He was 12 years old! Currently I have 3 rescues and another 3 semi ferals and also 1 German Shepherd /Husky cross rescue Girl. She was 4 months when we got her and at deaths door, she is turning 10 in August.
Aww Wendy is so adorable.I've always had rescue pets I re-homed 4 guinea pigs so at one point I had 1 cat 2 rabbits and 4 guinea pigs.About 5 or 6 months after my lovely cat had to be put to sleep after being hit by a van, I re-homed a Staffy pup whose owners couldn't keep him because their daughter is allergic to fur.Nearly 5 years later I have a loving energic nutty dog.My house is not a home without a pet.

My Persian cat is from a local pet shop that closed down due to them not caring for the animals properly
She was the smallest kitten and she was very very sick
My mom got her when I was 2 and I am now 17, she has recently had a health scare and in turn, wobbles when she walks
But other than her wobble she is perfectly fine!

she's gorgeous, and so is this message! adoption is such an important thing and can change not just one life, but two :) my rescue dog, Baloo, was found in a shed with over 200 other dogs. being only 3 months of age he was definitely hesitant to come home with us when we started fostering him, but it wasn't long after that we all clicked, and there was no doubt he wouldn't be leaving the family. almost exactly ten years later, he's still my best furry friend :)

My family has only ever adopted from shelters and rescued a few from off the street (2 of which sadly died of feline leukemia that was a horrible experience) but we've had one cat we rescued from under my sister's porch when she was a kitten and now I believe she's 11 or 12, such a sweet heart.
We also rescued a kitten last year that was dropped in our driveway by a hawk! He's definitely the king of our house hold haha adored by all.

My family got two little cat brothers from a local animal shelter even though we wanted a Maine Coon. We named them Apollo and Hermes. Five years later they're the biggest, fluffiest and kindest cats I've ever met.

My 2 cats were basically adopted but from the wild instead of a shelter. They are brother and sister, Tigger and Tillie. Sadly I lost Tigger on February 14, 2021 after he suffered a blood clot and his back legs became paralyzed. I had to put him down, it wasn’t an easy choice but the best thing for him. He wasn’t going to have a good quality of life, most cats don’t really recover from his condition.

I can’t wait to see more Wendy!! My husband and I technically didn’t adopt our fur baby, we found her in the side of the road at 3 weeks old and she’s been stuck with us ever since. I’m always happy to see people adopting more fur babies, they make your life so much better.
I adopted 3 hamsters a few years ago. Two were Syrian named Henrietta and Teddy (both girls) and the last was a Russian Dwarf named Luke.
She is adorable! I’m a massive fan of human names for animals, it’s the best. My rescue cat Phoebe is part Satan, part cuddle bug but I wouldn’t have her any other way. If I could, I’d adopt them all, so glad Wendy has a forever home with you now ❤️

My first animal was a dog and his name was Bruno. I was little back then and i really connected with him. I loved him a lot i even used to go into his house with him. (it was a bigger dog house).. Than one day somebody poisoned him and it broke my heart. After that I've had two rescue kittens that i found on the street, but unfortunately they went missing and never came back. So i hate when people hurt animals on purpose, I mean they can't talk back or say how they feel or well fight back humans.. But sadly some psychopaths enjoy hurting weaker beings.. 🙁

This was such a wholesome video and such a cute kitty; my mom has rescued plenty of animals over the years and my family has loved everyone single of them whether cats, dogs or other animals. This video was so sweet and I needed to see something like this today; because I just lost one of my doggies yesterday she was with me for 16 long years (we had her since i was 11) and passed away yesterday morning; and it hurt so much; so thank you for this video.

Absolutely love this one, you’re doing great things! My family adopted bunnies many years ago, we were actually at a breeder looking to buy, but he also had two older bunnies that needed a new home as well! We adopted the two and because they got along well with one of the baby bunnies there we also went home with the baby :) the two older ones always took care and protected the little one whenever they could, let him eat first and the most (he eventually was quite chunky but we got that under control 😂). Theyve all unfortunately passed by now, but they grew very old with us and It’s always nice to think back to them. I really want to adopt an animal again but I now unfortunately live in a flat where pets aren’t allowed.. and im the same as you, if i went into a shelter I would not leave on my own 😁
Hey Ryan :D My family has two adopted dogs from Spain about 9 years ago because some organisations found them homeless and lonely as puppies. We called them Maya and Spencer and they are actually pretty smart and can do lots of tricks :) however, it is essential to have some kind of knowledge when you think about adopting a street dog because they can be tough to handle!

We adopted a stray who my neighbor’s tried to get in all (Maine) winter.. we’ve had her a year now and named her Sam! She typically will talk back to you if you yell “Sammy” as if you’re Dean from Supernatural 😂 I’m definitely her person and though she has warmed up to our family she still hides from anyone who doesn’t live in the house. She’s a grey striped tabby and has made our home her castle.
This kitty is adorable, it was so kind from you that you adopted her🥺 You are such an amazing person, we love you so much, and I’m pretty sure the little cutie cat will love you too eventually😀❤️
both of my sisters work in car dealer ships. my second cat, Nova, was brought to me by my eldest sister. the mechanics found her under the hood of a the car, who had traveled a good 20 minutes from their house. it was the winter months, and as they got her, it was clear she was a feral stray. of course my sister brought her to me. a year later and a few days AFTER Nova was brought to me, my other sister brought me Salem, a little black kitten she found on the side of the road. not to mention the countless birds they have brought me. I'm as my family calls me, 'snow white'. bonus points for the same finch that likes to come and chirp at my window every here and there.
I have an adopted cat named Sophie. I discovered after having her for a while that she has suffered a head injury and is missing half her teeth on one side. She is my precious baby. Thank you for adopting a special needs kitty.

We have 3 dogs. 2 of them are brothers. We got them from a shelter. Their names are Goose and Viper. Then we have Gizmo. We got him for free because his original owner was going to bring him to the shelter because her boyfriend stepped in poop of his sand threatened to leave the owner.

I've adopted numourus cats... One from from a friend who found a kitten on the stairs of the flats we lived in, had him for good 10years... He was a mess, worms, sinus infections... Took three bouts of meds to get him right. I took him as I had cats already, trying to find him somewhere but no rescue would take him so he ended up staying with me!.
I then adopted a old cat, with teeth and gum issues... When I first saw him his tongue was sticking out, which is what drew me to him.... He was the best of all, I never regretted it and would advise anyone not to over look older cats..
I then adopted a three legged cat, she was a shell.. depressed and nothing like a cat, it took a year but she was so happy and she would run round like any of them, it didn't slow her down at all... Till near the end. And would say not overlook the shy ones or disabled ones either!. I got the usual "no one wants her" speech from the place I adopted her, so... Home she came.
It's such a rewarding thing.
I haven't fostered, as I worry the same like you... I'd end up wanting to keep them lol
But lately and with following a bunch of fosterers of FB and Instagram I have changed my mind and would love to...and am looking into it.

I just adopted a little cardinal fledgling who fell out of her nest it was storming and cant find her mom so I'm making sure shes safe and dry. I named her winnefred.
