Yea I came to a similar conclusion except I personally like the extra pop they give that is similar to the 4.3 v1s prop with gopro sessions.

Great video dude! I prefer the higher pitch myself, the low pitch on like even the S3 props made them almost unflyable for me. I hate not being able to catch myself in dives😅

Props are in my opinion something pretty important, many people will just throw some random props on their quad and are wondering why it won't fly how they expected it to... $$$$

ya i just got the S5's (yet to try S4 tho) and i thought they were pretty interesting, i only fly with a hero 7 tho but coming from johnny props i was surprised how much more flight time i got ,, just gotta get use to them tho

Yesterday u switched to the s5 after a month on azure Johnny props and the difference is massive.

Yeah, but Steele flys the S3 with whatever hd cam mounted, so, where does that fit?
You've got me wondering how the $4s would feel in comparison to my cyclowk 5040c's :). Throwing in for an entry as a micro eagle would help enable my awful power whoop habit wonderfully.

Nice video man! Helped a lot. What is the total weight of your quad with session 5 just without a battery? Mine are 533 gramms. I think it is on the heavy side so maybe i should use s5?
I have mine on the heavy side too, mine are 496g without battery and with a session 5, but that's with a dji air unit. An analog build would ideally be another 20g less than that. Don't stress about it too much tho, heavy isn't always bad. I use the hero 6 and 7 mainly now so my all up weight is always over 700g. Just get used to the extra momentum and all is good :)

My setup is almost identical (Chameleon Ti / F40 Pro II 2400 the only changes) yet using the S4 I am getting 2:30 to 2:45 per battery on 4S. Pretty new build on the latest KISS FW. I cannot even cruise to get more flight time. How are you managing so long lol???
That's interesting... I know the Pro III's have a little more efficiency than the II's but I can't imagine it would be that much, maybe the battery choice? I'm using 1550mah Tattu RLine v3's , I seem to get less flight time on 1300 personally. A lot may also be I land a little later than some people might.. around 14v. The battery usually recovers to about 14.8 or so after a bit of a rest
@@SyncFPV thanks for the reply. i upped my batteries to 1650HV Acehe to counter the short times but it made little difference. I'll try going back to S3 if they are still being made lol!
