孫館十五載講座系列︰「甘棠第的前半生－由何甘棠說起」講座

講者介紹孫中山紀念館原址甘棠第的原主人何甘棠的生平、家庭背景，以及作為混血兒家族一員對20世紀初香港發展的貢獻，旁及有關當年甘棠第的日常用途，從而展現當時上流社會多姿多彩的社交生活。
The speaker introduced the life and family of Ho Kom Tong, the original owner of Kom Tong Hall (the present-day Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum), and as part of the Hong Kong Eurasian community, his contribution to the development of Hong Kong in the early 20th century. The speaker also described the everyday use of Kom Tong Hall in the past to show the life of upper-class society in Hong Kong.
