I think you should read a little more about biomechanics before making a video on someone. Kashish makes videos based on science and comes with all the proofs backing up his breakdowns on other people. No offence but you are wrong. If you had studied a little, you won't be speaking against him. I have seen trainers in the gym that come up with bro science and train people with same size fits all approach and you did the exact same thing. So please throw the ego out of the window and educate yourself on excercise science. May god bless you.

As everyone has different structure and abilities, we all cannot perform the exercise the same way. Throughout my life I followed and idolized those successful people in the fitness industry until I started studying exercise science. I wish you all the success in the world but we all should spread the right knowledge in the right way. For example if my range of supination is limited, performing barbell bicep curls is not the right choice for me. I am better off doing dumbell curls. All I am trying to say is that the guy in his 20s is making more sense than all the big names in the fitness industry.
