Being part Navaho, I can assure you, not enough people are in touch with what goes on around them. being part of your enviroment is key to being one with nature, and being one with nature brings enlightenment and awareness !
Interesting about that tree. I tend to follow a rule in fishing, where there's life there's bass. Lots of times when different plants show up on the shoreline, the bass tend to hang out there.
It was another great video brother. Yes you got some frog bites and that's starting to really go then clean up the less active fish with the General. 2 things really caught my attention to the essence of a good trip on the water...first your mind being able to shift from everything life throws at you and secondly the ear to ear smile on your face during the outro. You were giddy start to finish and the time on the water therapeutic. Life has been throwing us plenty the past 7 months here. I appreciate and enjoy the disconnect opportunities I've gotten to fish even more this season. Ode to the mimosa tree and you singing from Finding Nemo 😅❤
You're not alone. I also think of the megafauna of prehistory. That would be some shit to deal with day to day. I reckon we're a bit softer than our ancestors.
Those frogs look great in that storage box. Mine never leave there boxes, still have never got a frog fish. Gotta force myself to throw it. Great content as always, love the crazy deep thought that you have. Hope I don’t have nightmares about dinosaurs, dragonflies or 50 ft crocs 😂.
Were you throwing the cull shad on the vendetta? Being a more stiff and firm rod I never would’ve thought to throw a 6” plus treble hooked swim bait. They’re great broom sticks for flipping though!
I stick with the 6” mostly. I find the 6” will get the big bites of the 8” while still being able to cover a lot of water and get all the bites the 8” might not.

Hey Alex have you/do you ever throw the 8inch Cullshad?
I stick with the 6” mostly. I find the 6” will get the big bites of the 8” while still being able to cover a lot of water and get all the bites the 8” might not.
@@AlexRuddFishing - copy that, thanks for the input.
Did you film the Melton hill tournament from a few weeks ago? If not, how did you do?
I did! It’ll be out soon.
Would you want to compete with a creature that has a mouthful of teeth 😂
Super soaker bass fishin
