Alan preserves nitrous as much as possible. Notice there is at least ⅛ of nitrous as reserve until absolutely necessary. In fact, he kept it as full as possible instead. This nitrous preservation technique is extremely vital to police for multiple reasons: • police start empty (while racers start full). • higher consumption in exchange for better boost, which is almost equal to Turbo. • no Turbo. You don’t dog fight anymore in this game? I remember I use to kill all the cops as a racer. As a kid I was pretty good. Most times it was 1-4 although the updates that limited Racers and gave the cops more of an advantage. Like, it dropped our health a lot.
Interceptor, maybe. As Most Wanted, it isn't a good idea. Let the bodyguards take care of it. Police are generally tougher than racers. For example, ramming roadblock far from gap, racer will crash. Police will never crash no matter where they hit the roadblock.
