      I think you need to do stretching first & warm up before doing the work out so that your muscles won't be shock

      ​@@k4idt It'll work, but i would suggest avoid doing this daily, target all muscle groups in your body instead of focusing on just abs. Idols also do dance regularly that's a sort of cardio. And honestly, idols might need to do this much workout bcoz their profession demand this, but a common person workouts to stay healthy, isn't it?

      It's the amount of burpees for me 🚨🚑 Sitting was painful after the first day 💀 But the workout became manageable after a few days.

      I start at 5:50am (I wake up at 5:45am) So I might end everything at 6:10 or smth like that. I will see changes in a week so, I’m actually excited.

      Burpees : 100 times (with a rest of 5-10 seconds every 25 burpees)
      Plank up and down : 10 times
      Plank twists : 10 times
      Crunches : 75 times

    4x25 Burpees ( it’s terrible)
    2x10 Planks ups and downs ( also terrible)
    2x10 Jump Squats
    2x10 Plank Twists (💀💀)

      I have a tip for you
      It's better if you do the burpees in set like 1 set of burpess(25*4) and then plank twist and then again 1 set of burpees
      I hope that helps

    I tried this out before, and I think the best way to ease into it is space out the burpee sets. I would do 1 or 2 of burpee sets, then another exercise, and then do the rest of the burpees. After a few days, you'll get used to it and be able to do them all together. Good luck!

    A small advice for y'all don't just start off doing all sets it's gonna hurt your body and not in a good way it's normal to get body pain after working out which are just sore muscles but sometimes bones can start to hurt or you can easily injure your shoulder plate so start smaller and easier and then move on.

    I did this and the first 2 days I was sore but I kept doing it and it got better and now it's been almost a week and I've seen improvements on my body. If anyone does this it gets better the more you do it. I've also seen other people try it and they said that Le Sserafim's workout consist of 100 jumping jacks, 2×10 jump squats, 4×25 burpees, plank crawls(3 min), 2×10 planks up and down, 2×10 plank twist, and 75 crunches which is the one I've been doing

    this btw I tried, BISHHHHHH the moment I got to the burpees it felt hellish, I don't usually add cardio in my routine, that's I was shocked... BUT HEYYY I DID COMPLETE THE SET😉😁

    This is an actual amazing workout it helped me lose over 5 pounds in a couple of months! And I got super duper stronger and at day one I was so exhausted and even did 200 jumping jacks,50 burpees to make up for it and oh boy. I literally almost fainted. But it does work!

    Before doing this workout I want to say that don't push yourself too hard first day would be struggling for you every intense workout are hard at the beginning but best for you soo at first week just do 50 burpees and every exercise 2 set and if you feel exhausted then take a break at the middle no problem but don't overdo it keep it up guys😊

    I wouldn't do this workout if you're a beginner. Start really small in reps/sets and gradually go up after weeks.

    I used to do a really intense workout in Taekwondo, but when I left Taekwondo I just stopped with the workout and I gained weight. But now I was like”I need to change this”
    Now I will wake up 5:45, do Le Sserafim workout, dance after that cuz why not? Do my other stuff and sleep at 21:40, so I have 8 hours and 5 minutes of sleep
    I did that today and I never felt so.. Awake (?) before lol. It’s really good doing this, yeah I feel like I’m gonna pass out but, I don’t stop cuz I’m tired, I stop when I’m done.
    Sorry if I wrote smth wrong, English is my second language.
    Wish me luck! I’m 56,8 kilos. And I wanna lose at least 3 kilos.
    Just a remind, if you are starting with that workout.. Don’t do all the thing, cuz ur body is probably not used to that intense workout. And always stretch ur body before and after the workout.

    Ok .... I tried the workout its been 4days and my legs are hurting soooo baddd😢 but at day 3 i can see a lil change and at day 3 i checked my weight and i lost 1 kg which am happy about
    Ill inform u at day 8
    I usually do it while listening to kpop songs
    For the plank crawls one day i do a 3min song like super you and me ditto and the other day super shy smart easy fake love boombaayah
    U can do it ❤

    27:17 in their live is when they talk about their workout routine this is what I noted that they explained. This video doesn’t show everything they talked about. 😭
    100 jumping jacks
    100 jumping burpees
    3 sets of their core workout looks like they were mimicking a side to side plank
    Hold ear and jump squats didn’t say how many
    They also referred to the inchworm crawl when you crawl forward crawl back and then stand back up repeat until a song ends so maybe they do it for about 4 minutes
    Up down planks they didn’t say how many or the number of sets
    They said they repeat this TWO TIMES 😭
    Then afterward they said they do their dance practice! 😵
    Most dance performers dance for 4 to 8 hours a day 😭😭

      @@ekubo.ot7 For breakfast I have some frozen grapes and frozen cherries with a tiny bit of almonds. Or you can have only 4 whole-wheat crackers with freshly sliced cumumbers. That's enough for me to push through the day until dinner if you hydrate yourself periodically. Dinner I cut back on carbs and the food I intake. After dinner, I won't eat anything or drink anything sweet besides water.

    Starting this tomorrow morning with a normal diet and extreme warmup since i clearly need a HUGE glow up for back to school. Current weight is 58 kgs ! I will try to uptade every day 😭

    day by day for ex you do jumping jacks only 10 first day then increases

    I have to do the last set of Burpee, but I this I'm already dead 😊
    Anyway I can't believe that I already do 75 Burpee 🤙

      I'm at the second day now 😊
      I'm doing the break after the 3° set off Burpees and I can say that now is much better than yesterday ❤
      I don't really see results but I'm a little much stronger than before 💪❤

    You know and first i didn't want to do this because of the burpees but the thing is so i do burpees like my pe teacher and he apparently makes it 10x more intense then it should be and now i find burpees easy..... before you ask why i do burpees like my pe teacher it is because we train in pe like do as many crunches as you can in 1 minute( which i can do 60 of in a minute) yes we do that each week.
