- Hey guys, this week I wanted to try something different and do a fun hair tutorial of this sleek long braided ponytail. To achieve this look, I did use heat, so this is NOT done as a protective style. I also used my flat irons to get my hair silky straight and give me the look I wanted. I hope you guys enjoy! I love this hairstyle and I just started wearing it but it’s so hard for me to do the feed in part😭😭😭 either it’s hard for me to do or I do it and you can see it in the braid where I added the hair and I just don’t understand it

SweetFace So I used the rubber band that came attached to the braiding hair and tied it to my hair. I then braided my hair into the braiding hair

Why did you add the extra hair into the braid? Is that to make it longer or thicker? I’m doing this style for vday.
The extra hair in the braid is to make it thicker and longer so it is extended.
