In sub section 2...jab poora contract perform nahi ho sakta hai promisor se, then part performance and small portion ka concept kaha se aa gaya?.
And admit of compensation lis side se hai. Kya promisor compensation dene ko bol raha hai...ya fir promisee lene ko?
