First of all app power supply ko check Kariye aapka Jo AC voltage ka wire Hai vah body Mein touch to nahi hai agar PCB acchi Tarah Se install Kari gai hai aur separator aapane acchi Tarah Se lagaya hai to uske bad bhi body Mein current hai to aap PCB ke andar Lage Hue blue PF capacitors ko check kariye aur fir se comment Karen 😊

Jab logic board connect karene par pin 8 pe 3.3v aate hai. To sir ye smps ko without logic board on karne ke liye ps on pin konsi hai kaise pata kare ??? Please Bataiyega 🙏
10 k ohm ya 4.7 K ohm ki resistance ko 5 volt yani ki 1&2 number ke pin per connect kar do aur uski dusri pin ko pin number 8 per Touch Karke Dekho (PS on) on ho jaega Agar Nahin hota hai to pin number 6 aur 7 pay bhi try kar lena SMPS on ho jayegi without logic board ok 👍
No, this is not the shot, when we turn on the PS on power supply, the power supply takes the load and here I have used a hundred watt bulb which is taking more than the load. Because of this, when we turn on any supply for the first time, the bulb shows our load due to which the bulb turns on once.😊
Output rectifier check karo aur pwm IC ka jo vcc capcitor hai us per voltage check Kariye aur Agar voltage stable Nahin a raha hai to filter aur diode ko change kariye Agar problem solve Nahin Hoti Hai To fir se comment kariye ok 😊
wow very deep practical knowledge, that pfc board is of what, i have 4 pc cooler master atx smps 2 with pfc, & 2 normal all are dead had small explosions in them resulting is no 5V vsb also still trying to repair them but scared of high voltage & explosions, will try to check optocouplers now.
PCB mein jo pfc section ke do mosfet Lage Hain uski Jo driver IC ki VCC voltage hai usko check Kariye Agar voltage stable a rhi hai to pir comment keriye ok 😊
