Saw Paul with UFO and MS many times in the 70s. He played on some great UFO albums. Obsession, strangers in the night walk on water ,UFO with MS are one 1⃣ of my favourite bands..last time I saw him was at Fairfield Hall London..in 2000..and 6 or 7..?RIP Paul. Thank you for your music 🎶 🎹🎸🎵🎶🙏
They were incredible live👍💥🎸
Catching up to see UFO with Vinnie Moore, Rob de Luca , Phil Moog and Paul Raymond is one of the highlights of my life. I grieved when I heard of his passing.
Rest in Peace in Heaven Paul Raymond
Rest in Peace
He was such a great guitarist and keyboard player

Hi my friend, wonderful video as always! I haven’t been on much, I graduated and it’s been a bit crazy. Good to catch up. Wonderful work my friend 🤗
Congratulations! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 So excited for you ❤ The world is your oyster Deidre enjoy my friend! 💯🤗❣
I love UFO!
Paul had a nice collection of right-handed Gibson gtrs which as a lefty he played upside down. I'd looked forward to a show on UFO's final tour until health issues intervened. Rest well, Paul.
Give Plastic Penny’s ‘Two sides of a penny’ LP a listen. It has the classic treble/bass bass sound and a graceful laid-back Hammond. Amazing for 1967! A very inventive group of guys.
RIP Paul..
Thanks for an awesome video on your fabulous channel 😊
Awe thanks John 🥰 It's amazing people like you that make it all so worthwhile and fun 💯❤
❤❤❤❤❤
Saw them on their fare well tour finally. Had a couple of their L Ps I liked them but there was just that something I didn't like. O well we can't all like everyone. Thank you as always ❤❤❤
That's so cool! 🥰 I know what you mean though, there's some bands I enjoy too but don't exactly love either 😄👍 Thanks for watching and commenting Jayne ❤ Enjoy your weekend 🤗💕
I've never really listened to UFO. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this episode (you already know that). Quite a resume with Steve Marriott, Christine McVie, and Michael Schenker. In the early 1980s in Los Angeles, I had a chance to work at the US office of Chrysalis Records but it wasn't to be. That's life. At 6:42 I noticed he's wearing a sailor's peacoat. I used to have one. They're nice to have.
Yes he definitely did the musical merry-go-round 😁 I was surprised at how slim and fit he seemed when he passed, it goes to show you never really know 😥 Oh my, working at Chrysalis Records would have been perfect for you, you would have been in your element Chris with your knowledge of music 🥰 It's their loss that's all I can say 😔 I've never heard those coats being called a sailors peacoat, very cute name indeed 😃❣
@@HarmonyHeartsLifestyle-ul5yv A peacoat is what we call them here in the States.
glad you gave Steve Marriott his due, he is now firmly established in the pantheon.
Thanks David 🥰👍
I first met Paul when he was a key member of Savoy Brown 😜
That's awesome lucky you! 🥰👍
Love Savoy Brown, I have almost all of their records and Kim Simmons solo albums.
Foghat came from Savoy Brown
