Sometimes, Kenyans can strike you as a confused lot, and it's like a good number of them don't keep up with the current affairs of their country. If they did, they'd have recalled that the guy audaciously telling them to live within their means just recently had his budget for the executive together with that of the other house he controls called parliament increased!!! They told us they inherited a dilapidated economy, but they, their spouses and kids, ostentatiously live big. Then doctors and clinicians et al protest to remind his regime of an outstanding 2017 CBA yet to be fully implemented, and all he says after being quiet over this issue is we must live within our means and surprisingly Kenyans there clap for him!!! I've never understood why Kenyans feel obligated to clap and cheer politicians even when what they're saying or doing makes absolutely no sense😤

I don't support his "living within our means" but I support the intern salary adjustments. Thousands of graduates in this country hawajawahi kuona penny from this government. Not a single cent. And then medical interns wanapewa almost double the salary of an employed teacher wanaringa. Kupea 200k to an intern ni all the signs of an irresponsible and broken system.
So doctors and teachers should be paid same amount of money? Walipwe jasho Yao from class to work place only them knows what they go through to be who they are

Kenya spends 1.1trn of the 2.3trn it collects on salaries. Now, this is mind boggling. 😮. Another 1trn goes to education( 600bn) and the countries(350bn). National government is left with a paltry 300bn. Shiet!?😢

Leaving within our means yet you want to hire CASs what a shame.
