Don't worry, there is nothing to hide
If you are feeling down
Relax, take your time
For a while escape this town,
With a mixture of joy and sorrow
Our whole life is like a play
Its okay to be not okay
Situations pass by a go like clouds
So, its okay to feel the pain
You don't need to hide your tears in the rain,
Yes the situation is insane
Its only because you are human
Life is a journey, not a destination
Nothing lasts forever, its only a station
All you need is someone to say
Its okay to be not okay
We all are Obidient fools
Caring about those shitty rules
Its okay to feel sad for a while
Take a break, learn
Then go ahead with a smile
Life is like a unmoulded clay
Its Okay to be not okay
Its the situation that made you numb
Don't assume that you are dumb
To get affected is normal
You always don't need to be formal
Don't fight with yourself
For finding a way
Its okay to be not okay
Its never too late
To write your own story
You can't control your fate
And everything is not about glory
There is nothing to gain, nothing to loose
Its all about what we choose

You've captured my experience in precise words. Like literally, it's 3am and I'm awake. Thank you for sharing your beautiful soul. I know it's hard to believe this, but I'm sure this piece brought healing to not just me. It's soothing to know we're not alone. Even if we are against ourselves. In the end, we will see the light and love within us and for us will shine. in your words "We will prevail".

Thank you. Your poetry and your thoughts are so beautiful. Everything about you is amazing, and I hope that you never have to go through things that may have led you to suicidal thoughts, sleepless nights and cursing yourself. I have gone through it too and I know how frightening it is. And I know when you you're okay you may not be. So please live. Know that there are people who love you and adore you like me, like us. I couldn't find any other way to reach you so apparently had to comment here. Hope you read this and may this bring a smile on your face. This is just a message from a fellow human being who may not have gone through stuff you have gone through, but I know how it feels. Trust me. And all these while poetry was my only refuge where I spiller blood everyday to let go of things that could never be undone. You can't unbreak the broken right? So yeah. "You help others when they fall, but hurt yourself instead of asking for help," you got me right Mel n i felt it in my heart. Been a slave in the name of love, in a nutshell. Sobbing day in, day out, at some point it'd get to very extreme levels of rather seeing life as meaningless. I'm however happy, time heals even the deepest wounds. With a belief, one day God will make my ways n dreams come true. 🤦♂️

Mel.i really like this poem I use to feel.that way when I was depressed many years ago you decrided me I felt everything you said in your poem so i know how that person felt.if people could notice the signs of depression that would help allot of people I was in my teens I tryed to end.my life no im.not proud of that.i just keep to myself didnt want to have any friends or anything and my home life wasnt all that great either so I got depressed and said ti hello with it but I lived the good God above was watching me all I'm saying it is so sad to be depressed and nobody dont even notion you yiu are a good writer I love your poems my dear my new friend dont stop writing them please you could save someone live I wish I knew you back then when i done mine so thanks my friend

It is right...it is the whole truth...like me if i get mad with myself.. i am not talking to myself for even how many days but there is wall of the pain in which that i cry by holding it.....
I have 1 kinda friend. No family cheering me on.
I have only know mental illness all my life. I dont know any other way. So I do what I do to make myself safe.
pop the pills,smoke the weed and get some powder. Because for that moment I'm happy and its utopia for me.
The medication does nothing but get you hooked like they planned along.
And if you can be the one that can live like this and your kids congrats. I did it once before. Its my redo in life. Maybe we don't die and keep coming back. Be with the same people. It makes more sense then being born, live life and die for what reason?

I my person could of seen what I saw.... just blind to it all. Can't continue looking onto what was my sunshine. Going blind watching it fade. Dealing with the cold from the loss of my sun... but could take the being burn again. Hoping it doesn't set or burn out like her sunshine.
