The lived reality is very different than what is perceived from idealistic standpoints. He never questioned Anubhav Sinha, for his movie Mulk and rightly so. Anubhav gave religion a green light while only criticizing the people! Thats exactly what Islamists says, criticize the Muslims, never criticize the religion! In fact you need to do the opposite. Sudhir Mishra says to Vivek Agnihotri that your film is ok but it is used by the other side so he has a problem! Why he have two yardsticks my friend? It should not matter who is using your film! Theatres are now only for an experience like Avatar or RRR. But if you want me to come to see a theatre for a subject-oriented movie I might get lazy. Unless it is something worth going, a good comedy movie can also do.

Mr. Mishra said that there's no lobby in Bollywood, then how come film like "Veer Zara" has been celebrated in every corner of Bollywood while "Gadar" was cornered systematically who BTW still holds the records for most people watched a film in India. Gadar was way more successful then Veer Zara (If we talk about Indian scenario) but we all know what could have been the reasons.

Great work done by Mr.Vivek Agnihotri sir and Mr. Sudhir Mishra sir, these type of discussions will only help everyone to reach a consensus, bring a multidimensional outlook to any problem and moreover, I believe it would make youngsters like us more politically aware, and would be truly beneficial to INDIAN CINEMA , and not the eponymous bollywood only.

Sir content and conversion was great and wholesome. But I feel there is some audio issue, maybe mic or something else.
I must say that this debate was literally very mature and disciplined. They had entirely different opinions throughout the video but they refused to shout or fight even for a second.
Sudhir Mishra tried his level best to defend the criminal(bollywood) as a lawyer(director) but he failed legitimately. I won't say reason of his failure was he himself, instead it was bollywood and it's uncountable hypocrisies going since late 90's and finally coming to its end now. Please make a movie on the conversions of Hindu girls to Islam eventually being used by ISIS. If 'The Kerala Story' had a director like you, it would have had as powerful of an impact as 'The Kashmir Files'. How a victim gets sucked into love jihad, how their vulnerabilities are used for the same etc. and ultimately they are brainwashed and used by ISIS. All this can have a very powerful impact if it comes from your team.
