What struck me this time through this passage was that the devil himself quoted scripture in verse 6!! Since Satan is a former angel, I guess he knows the playbook rather well, even though he chooses to defy it and tries SO hard to get all others to defy it as well. Yet Jesus holds firm, unwavering, and quotes what is written by His father! We should all strive to be able to do this exact same thing.

You should be reading out of the King James 1611 but it's okay I hear your message though
