That Little "key chain" is actually used for cleaning the Bearings and wheel cups if you go from outdoor to indoor skating and vice versa. I would also pack some kind of rag and wd-40 to keep them looking clean
Rollerstuff’s shop is on Etsy. If you want to get the toe caps/guards that match the suede of the skates that is an option. I bought mine from the shop and like them so much... I want another pair in the cheetah print.
I ordered from Bruised Boutiqe too!!! I got the Moxi Lolly in purple cause green was not available in my size. Still looks good and I can’t wait till my skates come in in a few days.
That's so awesome you were able to get your hands on a pair! I had such a great experience with Bruised Boutique and I've heard nothing but good things about them. Purple is one of my favorite colors. I bet they are gorgeous in person. 💜🦋🌌
Kaitlyn Daramola the ones I ordered at first weren’t in stock and didn’t ship in so it had taken about 3 weeks for them to tell me. But they were really nice and let me pick another color skate and they built and shipped it in less than 2 weeks.
I subscribed! Love your personality and how informative you are🦋 I just ordered my skates a week ago now I just have to wait until late August😩 I definitely want to buy a bunch of accessories and safety stuff before I get my skates😻
Thank you so much! I hope your skates come sooner than that for you, but if not they are definitely worth the wait. There are a lot of excercises you can do now that can help prepare you and pass the time though. ❤🦋
If it makes you feel any better they had extremely limited supply. I don't have a super popular foot size and that is the only reason I was able to get these. They were out of pretty much everything but 2 size 5's. 💜
Hi there, I lucked out and was able to find this pair through Bruised Boutique and they had them already in stock so it took about a week. It took a few days longer just because the trucks were delayed and they had only the boots at first. If you haven't ordered already you can try resale sites, smaller skate shops in your area or anywhere and Facebook resale groups.
They are in mens sizes. So you size down 1 to 1 1/2 sizes from what you normally wear in women's. I'm a 6.5 in womens Van's and got a size 5 in Moxi's. They fit perfect.
I just had to google who that was. Lol! This color is even better in person. I like it more than I thought I was going to. I have now had time to skate in them and they are really good skates.
Hi, I ordered them about 3 weeks ago from a Skate shop that already had the boot in stock. They built them for me and then mailed them off. Bruised Boutique is the name of the business. Highly recommend them. If you haven't ordered already you can try resale sites, smaller skate shops in your area or anywhere and Facebook resale groups.
When I ordered them from Bruised Boutique I had the option to choose my color. In some cases I think you have the option. But if not right now, hopefully in the future it will be that way again. 💜🦋
You're totally fine! I am a 6.5 in womens. Moxi's are in Mens sizes so they say to size down 1 to 1.5 sizes from your normal size in womens. So my Moxi's are a size 5. Hope this helps. ❤
Have to love having kids who wear the same size as you! My youngest and I have the same size foot....and I love it! LOL I've got 11 pairs (just ordered my 12th, the Taffy Lolly), but she's got 4 pairs, so I can wear hers, too. My second youngest has weird feet (currently she has 4 pairs as well, ordering her a 5th as soon as the Raspberry Candi Girl Carlin's are back in stock) but I can also wear 2 of hers (admittedly, one pair she did just grow out of recently...she's got much bigger feet than me now). The other pair of hers that I can wear is only possible because there is an oddly excessive amount of padding in them. Oldest daughter is also the same as me, but doesn't skate as much now that she's away at college, so I can wear hers as well. Just wish I could fit into a pair of my son's or middle child's (son also only has 1 pair, middle child currently has three, though she worked at the rink for a while to buy her own pair - the third - herself.) LOL We'll soon have 27 pairs between us all in the house...MOST of which, I can wear. :D (Hubby has 2, plus I've got a set I've been working on for my niece. Sadly, can't wear any of theirs, either. Bunch of big foots. LOL)
Oh my goodness, that is so many skates! 😄 How fun though. I'm hoping my daughters feet don't get bigger so we can continue to share but she is only 12 so her feet will probably grow more.
@@Tani.Coy.RollerMama My feet stopped growing at 12...my youngest's at 10...my 16 year old's just grew another size this past school year. Never know. LOL Before this whole virus thing, we all had ours set up for various types and surfaces (street, tennis courts, trails, hill bombing, 3 rinks, speed, shuffle/rhythm, dance...and my youngest is in derby)...it's much easier to "grab and go" than to constantly be changing wheels. Since the virus, however, we've switched *most* of our skates to outdoor wheels...still grab and go, but diferent sizes and durometers based on what we want to do outdoors "only" versus indoors *or* out. :)
@@Tani.Coy.RollerMama It's really not too bad i you're only skating casually...but...before the rinks closed, we were easily doing 120+ a month between rink and outdoor. Pretty much every public session at the rink (and even a few private ones we weren't really supposed to be at, but were invited to) plus skating outdoors on days the rink was closed. A few times, we even skated the local park in the morning, hit the rink for a 6 hour session, then skated up and down the street when we got home for another couple hours when we got home! LOL Changing wheels isn't TOO bad...but when you skate that much...yeah...having more than one pair does help. Plus, it saves the wear and tear you put on a single pair, of course.

Oh wow! Had no idea. 😂 Thanks for letting me know. 💜

Thank you for letting me know! I have some coming sometime in July. I do like when they match the skate. But sometimes it's fun to mix it up too.
I ordered from Bruised Boutiqe too!!! I got the Moxi Lolly in purple cause green was not available in my size. Still looks good and I can’t wait till my skates come in in a few days.

Hi there..wondering what brand the black laces where and what length?
Hi, they are these! www.moxiskates.com/products/black-textured-poly-laces
Hi! How long was the wait?
Hi there, I lucked out and was able to find this pair through Bruised Boutique and they had them already in stock so it took about a week. It took a few days longer just because the trucks were delayed and they had only the boots at first. How does the sizing work ?????
They are in mens sizes. So you size down 1 to 1 1/2 sizes from what you normally wear in women's. I'm a 6.5 in womens Van's and got a size 5 in Moxi's. They fit perfect.
You kinda look like Billie Lourd from American horror story to me lol. But I love those skates I was thinking about getting them in that color too
I just had to google who that was. Lol! This color is even better in person. I like it more than I thought I was going to. I have now had time to skate in them and they are really good skates.
Did you get that black holographic fanny pack from moxi? 😻😻😻
I got it off of the skate shop Bruised Boutique online! bruisedboutique.com/onlinestore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=76_134&products_id=3933
When did you order them?

Why are your skates comes with black wheels ? Shouldn't they come in light blue color???
When I ordered them from Bruised Boutique I had the option to choose my color. In some cases I think you have the option. But if not right now, hopefully in the future it will be that way again. 💜🦋
Hi ..sorry for another question..what is your women's shoe size?
You're totally fine! I am a 6.5 in womens. Moxi's are in Mens sizes so they say to size down 1 to 1.5 sizes from your normal size in womens. So my Moxi's are a size 5. Hope this helps. ❤

Totally makes sense! I've thought about this. We will probably get a couple more pairs for indoors at some point.
