Glad you enjoyed the video :) definitely trying to gather up some more potential grade candidates for another submission, it does take a lot of time for me to actually get gradable cards, Im starting to be more and more picky about what I choose to grade also so don’t really just wanna fill it with random stuff
:) will have to try to keep sending more and more psa submissions in! It’s a lot to actually get the right and proper cards in order to submit and make sense while also getting really cool cards with good grades too! Definitely will be sending more into psa in the future :)
I appreciate your comment and the kind words! I also am very glad you enjoyed the videos :) means a lot that you decided to take time out of your day to watch and also let me know your thoughts. Glad that you saw my accuracy shots and how I was guessing they would grade :)
It’s a long story.. but I grabbed about 300 or so cards from a dealer’s value bins that he literally pointed me out when I was walking around and said I got a whole bunch of value bins I’m just wanting to get rid of the stuff in them, I had done a deal with him before so I decided to look through them. His stickers / prices on the value bin stuff were absurdly high almost like 4x the last sale of the card in most cases. The kelce and the Urlacher were from this deal, I had taken about like 2 hours or so out of my time to search and pile up all the stuff I could do something with, by the time I grabbed them all out he had said that he was going to probably be higher than I was willing to shell out for all of them so I had to take out about 4/5 of the deal in order to get to about 86 cards and we had worked a number out to either $200 or $220 for all of them. So long story short I looked through some of them to potentially get graded and now I’m probably luckily a lot better off in the deal than I ever thought I would be with that one just because of how ridiculously strong I had to pay for it, that’s like the first time I paid $2+ in a 80+ card deal because I just didn’t want to have spent 2 hours of my valuable time at the 3 day card show. Given the card raw is probably worth about $30 but a lot of the other cards were very very low this would probably be one of if not the better of the bunch
I appreciate your support and the kind words! :) hopefully you decide to subscribe and join me on my journey! Have some nice content ideas for the future definitely just getting started
Great job with the video. I hope you keep close tabs on all the numbers as you sell through them. I personally don’t feel like many cards are worth it anymore. I hope PSA gave you a bunch of Loupe credit too when you got the membership!

I buy literally as MANY cards as humanly possible at every single dealers table that are priced at prices I feel are accurate and I could make money on. I’ll buy as many as conceivable. Literally if I’ll stack as many as 400+ cards at dealers tables, if I can get cards for a price I feel as if overall I can make a decent margin on I will buy them. I’ve also bought as little as a single card or even pass on doing a deal with someone at all. My biggest recommendation would be that, stack those piles as high as you can fathom, with whatnot I now run through 300-400+ cards each and every week. I’ve bought someone out of their entire dollar bin of about 750 cards for $320. 75%+ of which were Barry Bonds cards that im just gonna piece out for $1 at my first ever card show I’m setting up at. Whatnot has been the biggest game changer for me personally because I do get some amazing deals because I pick SO many cards out. But I’ve realized I’m probably paying way super strong because I’ve found somewhere recently to buy a lot of stuff I normally pick up for like 50% or so of what I’ve been paying. A lot of people aren’t worried about about 85%+ of their dollar / value bin stuff and wouldn’t really care too much about the smaller cards.
I’ve bought as many as 1,000+ cards at a single time myself online. If someone sees you stacking HUGE piles at the table across the way, they’ll notice you when they are having down time and be like man I hope that he comes over and does the same thing here. Then when you go there you best bet they have noticed you digging through and stacking piles high and getting deals done with other vendors. They’ll know you a serious buyer and they’ll want to also get some of your money too
I also just estimated the costs for some of the prices you see I paid for, I might’ve paid more here and there but on average that’s about where I try to max out at per card in a bulk deal so that’s where I put some of the cooler stuff, I could’ve potentially paid more depending on the deal forsure
I appreciate your comment! Glad that you enjoyed the profit portion! I actually got the idea to break down the profit and do a blind reveal from a smaller UA-cam channel too! I’m new to grading cards yes, but I mainly deal with low end nfl cards. So for me these are cards that I deal with and have readily available to me when I am purchasing stuff. I’ve seen people grade worse cards that have been grading for a VERY long time. I mean I’ve already sold 4/22 slabs all in a span of about 2 hours on Whatnot, so it’s not like I’m grading stuff people won’t purchase.
Early Crown Royale just isn’t going to get a 10 if submitted these days. They are hard in the foil. I found three brady RCs from 2000 in my old cards and they were in solid shape. Got two 7s and an 8. They’re even pretty harsh on the ultra modern CR too. Foil die cuts just don’t fly with them. May be a better sub for SGC.
@@ruffasportscardssorry, I’m blind. Many of the early crown royales back then, as well as today, have a ton of foil on them and are also die cut. Yours seems only to have foil only on the brand and name stamps and is obviously not die cut. Was any of the foil rubbed off? If not then maybe they still found some sort of fault in it under close inspection. All I know is they are extremely tough on those sets. When you were saying it looked perfect I knew in my heart it was probably going to be an 8 just because that’s what PSA does. The low gem rate keeps me from even wasting my time and money on grading them anymore! Still a really cool card. Might be worth cracking out and experimenting with SGC to see if you can get a better grade. With their low cost of grading it could be worth it just to know that it was PSA’s fickleness and not your pre grade skills. Might even get a nice bump up! I’ve seen lots of PSA 8s from certain sets that they seemingly are harsh on get a 1 or 1.5 grade bump with SGC.
Yea i don’t remember much if any foil on the card itself, I’ll have to check it out and if anything there’s only 4 psa copies out there I’m okay with just keeping it if I can’t end up making like $10 on the sale for it especially because it’s a long form autograph of his that he doesn’t do anymore
Just for example the Kincaid had 2 surface dimples, Joe burrow and saquon luminosity had a print line on the front, Kelce had minimal surface scratches, easily 8xed my money on those ones [and they all have flaws] and that’s not including others in the submission like the tank dell, Nico Collins, Jalen hurts all have minimal flaws but in psa 9 slabs they could have added value especially depending on how their season goes
@ruffasportscards psa is like anyone it's just person grading your card u could get someone who looks over little things I agree chances are against u if u send stuff that u see a flaw obviously person who does this 4 living will also see 👀
I don’t think they’re leaving anytime soon; unless if someone else steps up and does something big but I doubt that will happen for at least a decade +
Yea I mean sadly it’ll still be the public’s choice of premier grading company for a long time to come.. but yea I think that something definitely happened on that tucker Kraft that wasn’t supposed to. And some graders just value certain flaws more than others
I definitely removed any and all fingerprints before sending the cards out, but the 2 surface dimples were very slight and the grade might’ve occurred after an issue with the Tucker Kraft so they might’ve felt bad or something 😅😂🤣 I appreciate your comment and support, but yea psa cards in certain examples are easier to come by than common notion. That was one of my intention with sending in a wide variety of issues, but also where one grader values imperfections differently in a good way they might value others differently in a bad way… or maybe the grader accidentally mixed up one of my 8s with the Kincaid 😅😅 maybe the burrow cuz that one was cleannnn
