About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first UA-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

Mikey, @9:06 It is "Cosmos caudatus." According to wikipedia, "it is edible and its common names include kenikir (Indonesia) or ulam raja (in Malaysia, calqued as "the King's salad"). In Indonesian cuisine and Malaysian cuisine the leaves of this plant are used for salad. In Brunei, it was usually served with sambal (chilli paste) together with the local cuisine, ambuyat. It was brought by the Spaniards from Latin America, via the Philippines, to the rest of Southeast Asia. Ulam, a Malay word used to describe a preparation that combines food, medicine, and beauty, is a widely popular Malay herbal salad that is served throughout the country from major hotels for tourists to buffet lunches or dinners for the locals." You can look it up and confirm 100% that it is Cosmos Caudatus.

RJ ... I so relate about the swimming. I was about 6 and we were visiting the lake. I was splashing with my cousins near the shore. It was just hip deep... but accidently stepped off a sandbar and went under. I kept struggling to get to the surface. The adults didn't hear or see me at first with all the others playing. I trulyvknow what theyvmean by going down for the 3rd time. Luckily it was then that my uncle noticed and jumped in to pull me out. My parents put me in swimming classes the next summer. I was still very scared of the deep end. As long as I can touch bottom and stand up it was fine. To graduate the swimming had to jump off the board and swim from the deep end to the shallow end. I did it but didn't enjoy it. I just swam as fast as I could to the shallow part in a panic. Later in life I came to peace with it on my own. I started in the shallow end and the pool edge and use my hands to kind of guide myself to the bottom. I realized it was the feeling of the water pressing on me that triggers me from the drowning. So if I got too scared I knew I could have the securityvof thevwall to guide me back up. I kept doing that until I could sit calmly on the bottom and look around or briefly meditate. Then I moved to doing it in the deep end. That was almost like starting over because there was the panic of knowing that if I stood up my head wouldn't immediately be out of the water... and the pressure feeling was stronger too... but I just repeated what I did before... and eventuslly I could just stand calmly on the bottom. I love swimming much more now.⁶
Very interesting to know about these Muslim holidays. Only came to know about them from your guests. And wow! The Mabuhay Farm House really hosts guests of diverse cultures, status in life, and religious affiliations. Wonderful!
How exciting about the aviary! I adore song birds. My favorites are cardinals and eastern towhees because their songs are absolutely beautiful and they have so many different calls and songs. I think the parrots will enjoy an outside aviary. As long as they have everything they need to be happy i think it'll be a good idea.
That netting floor will eventually weaken in the sunlight so make sure to replace the rope every few years

Glad that you will be neutering Melody soon! Female cats can go in heat every 3-4 weeks which means she can attract male cats again and get pregnant again. When in heat, she might disappear and come back to you pregnant again😅.
I just LOVE it when you have friends/family visit! And your bigger dogs were so brave going on the dog walk in the pool. I'm glad updated your intro. I love it!
