The only problem with every single thing you're suggesting is that... it's none of those things. It is only your washing machine. There is no reason for it to have stopped working like that out of the blue after a couple of years of ownership. But I have a theory. My theory is that LG manufactured their machines to break or go down after a couple years so the people would have to go and buy more. There's nothing wrong with that wall sockets . There's nothing wrong with our Breakers. Probably nothing wrong with the machine other than you guys programmed it to go down so we have to buy more. That's my theory anyway.

@@LGUSASupport Waste of time. LG’s customer support is a joke. Just watch this video and see how the deflect and blame everything but their machine. This video is an example of how LG has no concern for your time and gives worthless advice.

WASTE OF TIME. BASICALLY VIDEO SAYS NOTHING ABOUT YOUR MACHINE AND TELLS YOU TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT PLUGGED IN, then check your outlet, then check your circuit breaker, etc. LG~ Your patronizing lack of acknowledgement of a serious issue with you machines shows a lack of respect for your customers. It would be better to not post this video than to waste our time and speak down to us like we are morons and then never even address the issue of what if it is your machine. If you are having an issue, go to another source (don’t waste your time on this 7 minute video).

Sound bout right got mine 2/19/21; no power!
💯agree! We bought the most expensive set we could and after 2 years the washer dropped dead in the middle of a wash.
This video: "It's your house"
Every non-LG employee: "So this is how you take your LG apart and fix all of the broken components"
Waste of time. Save 7 min... did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in? Hmm... must be your house and not out junk machines.

Are you serious? A video to show something is unplugged
Right? Reminds of Slingblade....”well that’s coz there ain’t no gas in it” 🤣
This is the most stupid "video tutorial" i ever seen, so according to LG , all the issues are linked to the outlet 🤨
