I prefer to use my press to install the caps. I have have used a hammer, in the past and had the needles dislodge and get between the cross and the cap. When that happens, you have to remove the cap, again, apply some grease to get the needles to adhere to the wall of the cup, and then try to install the cap, again. Just a thought. But I still liked your video. I need to do the same to my 2012 Polaris Ranger 800 Crew but haven't done the research to find compatible u-joints and carrier bearing. Thanks again.
Something was not right when you put the last cap on. One of needle bearing must’ve got in the way. Because it was not flush and you didn’t put snap ring on. 🤷🏽♂️
