to be honest it would be the best way to do so,. but why? well let me show you the concept of building a garage with a loft apartment. build for lower cost. on a bigger plot of land. the land value will go up but as the house is a mega cost and a garage not as much you can then pay your garage off and when you have equity in land and house/garage you then leverage that to get a bigger loan. said area is not a finished area with a higher property value. At this point you build a grand house on the same land adding a real big change that will influence the value of your home. so at 30 he might live in a 2 million dollar house with a rental income of his garage loft. and if he rents an in law suite in his house. he now has extra income. but a 10 car garage a la GTA 5 concept is nice concept. now we already know that it will have many purple accents. I wonder if Purple prince was his Idol.... And his favorite song is Purple rain...

If remember correctly some car thieves have a device that can grab the signal of your key from inside your house and start your car with it, the microwave stops the signals from the key from leaving the microwave. I’m not 100% sure if that’s the reason he does it though.( with push to start cars)
