Pro tip: if you have a setup for a heist, Lester will often send you a text so you can start it up, if you accept it will immediately teleport you to your high end apartment, from there you can decline the setup, leave the apartment and you'll be back in LS in a matter of seconds with this strategy.
Paleto Bay is such a calm relaxing small town that has everything in need . Also you should’ve mentioned how there’s a takeoff for your airplanes right next to Paleto Bay heading a bit further down the freeway . But yea such a unique and great video . KEEP UP THE WORK

Been at 4401 Procopio since 2015. Stopped playing for 6 years and logged back on to find soooo many businesses available for purchase so I bought everything in Paleto Bay. Arcade, bunker, facility, MC club and all its businesses are in Paleto Bay. I love hitting the beach and the Forest for off-roading and just cruising the streets and alleys on bicycle. I love the alleys of Paleto Bay or as I nicknamed it Paleto Pay.
That was one of the first videos I sat though in a while, no skipping or pausing the entire time! Keep up the great work, you did a very nice job with this one 👍

I just like Paleyo Bay because it's away from everyone. It also has everything you need there: clothes shop, barber shop, tattoo shop, Ammunation, Los Santos Customs (although it's called something different but it's the exact same thing), you can park your yacht near by, theres a helicopter pad near by to spawn your Pegasus vehicles like the Hydra, you can even spawn your personal aircraft (like the Rouge) nearby at the beach, there's even a bunker and facility nearby you can purchase, and some MC business' too; basically everything is there in one small convenient place with very few players to bother you and that's why I like it there.
Paleto bay is the place I go to relax. I used to have a bunker there but I moved to the chumash since it was annoying to go back and fourth so much and the sell missions were too long.
Paleto Bay is my home away from home. My home is LS cause well businesses but nothing like getting out of the city and spending sometime in the Bay. I also have businesses closer to Paleto Bay so I don’t go broke while I’m there
Great video but you are missing the BEST part of Paleto Bay. Always keep a Trophy Truck in a nearby garage. It's the best 4 wheel vehicle to climb the rear of the mountain (the paleto side) with no roads all the way to the top. It has the most 4wd grip and definitely the most power.
Late but long story short, I bought two holiday houses, one in sandy shores and one in pale to bay Damn am I glad I replaced the sandy shores one with a stilt apartment in vine wood hills and kept the paleto bay 1 after this vid
