It was such a sad day in the history of rock and roll and heavy metal. Not many musicians reach the level of Dimebag Darrel, and most musicians of that caliber don't have the great personality and humbleness he had! He was truly one of a kind. May he rest in peace, alongside his dear brother, Vinnie Paul Abbott. ❤❤

Pantera was ahead of their time with this album, pioneering what would become '80s Glam Metal by sincerely showing appreciation for their '70s Hard Rock and Metal inspirations. I'm hearing a lot of influence from Ozzy, Deep Purple, KISS, and Sweet on these tracks.
