Hi Rob, to make use of clause 31.14 the club would need to remove both Forster and Whiteman from the registration, leaving the club with 2 keepers on the A List (Vicario and Austin) but only 1 available as Vicario is still out injured. This would allow the club to temporaily replace Vicario with Kinsky as Vicario has been out for more than 30 days. The club would only need to notify UEFA 24 hours before our next match to reinstate Vicario. The other clause they would have to comply with is 31.13 where they have to have at least 3 keepers from A List and B List, therefore they would need to add at least 1 goalkeeper to the B List as Luca Gunter has gone out on loan.

31.13 Each club must include at least two goalkeepers on List A and at least three in total (List A and List B combined).
31.14 If a club cannot count on the services of at least two goalkeepers registered on List A because of long-term injury or illness, the club concerned may temporarily replace the goalkeeper concerned and register a new goalkeeper at any time during the season and complete the official registration of List A with a goalkeeper fit to be fielded. An injury or illness is considered long-term if it lasts at least 30 days as of the day the injury or illness occurred. If the goalkeeper recovers before the end of this 30-day period, the player must nonetheless remain off List A until the end of such period. The new goalkeeper does not have to be locally trained, even if the replaced goalkeeper was. The club must provide UEFA with the necessary medical evidence in one of UEFA's official languages. UEFA may require further medical examination of the goalkeeper by an expert appointed by UEFA at the club's expense. Once the injured or ill goalkeeper is fit to be fielded again, he can resume his position in place of his substitute. The return of the original goalkeeper must be announced to the UEFA administration 24 hours before the next match in which the original goalkeeper is due to play.

If you google 'uefa europa league regulations' it'll come up then you want 'Article 31 Player Lists' The great thing about doing this is it would allow us to register Tel, Spence, and Danso as you are only allowed 3 new additons to the squad and it would ensure Whiteman doens't come anywher near the pitch (Sorry buddy) whilst having Kinsky as back up. We could even do this if Austin had a long term injury as the player replacing him doesn't have to be club or association trained even if the he's replacing is like Austin.
I didn’t think this was possible as Austin and Whiteman are our ONLY club grown player (a player between age of 15-21 that has been at the club for more than 3 years)
If we remove white from the squad that brings down our maximum squad size

If Vicario doesn't show improvement on punching more balls out of the box on corners and crosses, I believe Kinsky will overtake him ...he also seems more calm and doesnt scream at the players like Vicario does....having said that, I hope he can impove his game and make a full recovery
