All France had to do was holding onto the ball for 5 min. Instead kicked it and gave up possession twice. Followed by two penalties. They did it all wrong at the end. Good for Scotland.
As a first-time watched I don't understand why the French fullback didn't kick the ball out at 11:03? If he'd done that, surely they would've won the match, no? Looking at the results, they had no chance to win the tournament because they had to win by 21 points and there was no time for that.
They would have got 4 points for a win, which would have brought them level with Wales in the standings, but I think they were trying to score a fourth try which would have gave them 5 points (4 for the win + 1 bonus point) and brought them to first in the table. Can't really remember so might be wrong.
@@andrasszabo1570 Yeah what a game (and try) that was. Really great seeing the bonus point rule change the whole outcome of a game. Hoping for another classic today 🙏🏼
At 82:18 on the clock watch the contact to Hamish Watsons head. Appalling by Barnes (we was looking straight at it) worse that the TMO didnt spot it and even worse that the French player was cited afterwards. Where is the consistency? Ok, perhaps if Scotland hadnt scored they would have taken a look at it but no excuse for not being cited.
As a French guy, i just remember 2022... And about 2023, i am already sorry for the Scottish team (in 2 days).. "O Flower of Scotland When will we see your like again" (may be in 2024 !). Anyway, good luck. 😊
@@jamesm9995 Delusional. We were close the all game and the referee was blind to many Irish fault in the second. Not even talking about the Irish try that wasn't. Anglo Saxon refereing and commenting at his best.
Some truly awful decision making on display here - Taofifenua's blatant cheating, follwed by totally aimless kicks from Ntamack and Hastings and topped off with Dulin gifting Scotland a game they would have lost. Other than that great stuff XD
No he gifted a penalty, not the game. There is a big difference. Scotland had to go through 20+ phases to score their try. So they certainly weren’t gifted anything by that French defence.
Absolutely fantastic for the Scots!!! Great game.
Rule no. 1 in the rugby handbook, kick the ball out to win the game, unbelievable
Great game everyone France and Scotland ! Bravo
Jamie Ritchie was mega this game.
Brilliant just Brilliant.
What's the irish commentators name? Brilliant
80,000 people capacity stadium
And only 8 people watched the game 😆😆
Scottish Legend's
Both sides going deep for the win. I loved this.
Serin is looking so sad at Bryce Dulin not kicking the ball out
Such a crazy game. Loved it, but then I am Scottish 😂
NEVER give up! That was what my school coach told me ... that was told from HIS coach!!!?! Always believe, that's the lesson to ANY player! xx

Tough match. Great win for Scotland

@@dr224444 You're right, with the 4th try and 5th point they would've topped the table.

@@dr224444 Indeed. It's my first Six Nations watching, thanks for the reply!
Man, my cats got a fright and ran out the room fast when that last ball went down lol
Wow now that’s what I’m talking aboooot !
This world cup will be a cracker, so many teams are capable of winning the cup. Great for world Rugby.

A MIC DROP MOMENT!!!!!
Instead of kicking the ball out on full-time French ego's cost them the win
Non mais celle ci mdr. Elle est incroyable. C'est fou de perdre ici.
\Why is there no crowd?
COVID
For me as a Scotland fan that was the year we came closest to winning it. Bad decision in wales game against us
we probably shouldnt have won that but the fact they decided not to kick it out is on france
Why almost no crowd
Coronavirus restrictions

Haha hopefully you get a hiding!
Wow, for a team that should have lost to Italy and had your pants pulled down in Dublin, I’m not quite sure where the confidence is coming from
I think you may see stars when Scotland take France apart!

why empty stadium??
Rugby wasn't as popular back then
@@Server90127lol funny
Now do this to South Africa, Scotland!
Fat chance, they’d monster us and their backs are greatZ Andre Pollard.
COME ONNNNNNN
'Yeah, we got a none Scot to do it.' Haha, so dumb.
and Scots handed the 6N to welsh pity about that.
You have seen Gerald Davis and Gareth Edwards, JPR and JJ. The Welsh were AB’s level once and more entertaining.

Wayne Barnes handed that to Scotland on a silver platter
Dulin gifted the win, nothing spectacular, but i'm happy it made some people happy

At the 82:20 a French tackler headbutted the Scottish ball carrier & the ref let it go.
