200 kg nice I ain't hit a deadlift pr since November and I did that with about 4 months consistent training and couldn't even tie it as I am tbh I'm weaker now on all 3 than I was a few months ago

this isnt ego lifting, he still clearly controls the weight and he is primed for strength training rather than hypertrophy that late into a program. alongside a great coach and great self-intuition he can manage not getting injured when sticking to his form!
For the level he is at this is in no way ego lifting. You can see he has great form and great control with the weight. Tbh he was actually very sensible he could have easily hit more on the squat for sure but, he hit a PR and that was enough for that day. Ego lifting would of been him jumping 20kg on the bench when clearly would of been too much.
Seems like 335kg was fairly easy and you'll be like those old polevaulters making a new video for every few kg extra when we know you could do 350kg already

I think he has another 5-10kg easily in all 3 lifts but I think he knows whats best for him thats why he takes it a bit easier as to not get injured
