Thanks for the unboxing. I'm waiting for the second part. As I saw in product guide, the power cord should be included and a lot of other cables (not just usb-c). The guide also shows it's IPS display. But, perhaps, it depends on the region. Check it out in psref.lenovo.com. 😀

It is included. I bought this same model and it came with power chord and type-c to type-c cable.

i think you can not do that you may need some kind of dongle for this but if you are using Samsung's flagship phone(s) just connect it to the USB Type C and you can use Samsung Dex running on this screen
