HEY MAN! DOWN HERE…haha..
So i have a 2008 JAMES MONROE 1$ Coin with the Upside Down lettering, However…It’s Completely missing the clad layer. So instead of it being that Gold-Ish color, it’s Totally ALL copper colored. It’s In REALLY good shape(I’d say MS-63 or so) and I CANNOT find Anything like it ANYWHERE! Not on PCGS web site, ANACS, NGC, NNC, NOTHIN! What or HOW do I find out what’s up with it, Without getting it graded? I’m Not exactly Set up financially so…Lemme know what you think man
