  • Today we are heading to Dell Osso pumpkin patch for the first time in 2 YEARS! We take all 5 kids into a haunted house for the first time and it's an interesting outcome to say the least. But first, let's talk about this problem that Kyson keeps having 😩 Is this a thing?? Anyone know how we can fix it or if it's even fixable 😭

After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. We’re one big, complicated, blended family & every second of our story is on UA-cam, you can start from the beginning here: • 8 Weeks Pregnant!

I would put a warning at the beginning of the video with time stamps to skip for people with epilepsy or that are prone to seizures. The flashing lights could be very dangerous to some. Just a suggestion!! Love your videos

I grew up in Sacramento and I had daily nose bleeds. I totally know what he's talking about, you taste it before you see it. I was always told it was because of the dry air and allergies. If it's dry outside or if I work out, I can feel when the air is dry and a nose bleed is about to start. My advice: never tilt your head backwards (even though that's what so many people say) because it actually makes it go down your throat, and if it's really bad then use ice on the bridge of his nose to help clot. If you need help getting blood stains out of clothing or bed sheets, my mom swears by mixing dish soap, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda into a paste, then using a toothbrush to rub onto the stain, let sit for 10 minutes, then throw it in the wash. Hope any of that helps!

My best idea for Kyson is to go visit an ENT specialist doctor! My sister had a cut in her nose that nobody knew about that would continuously reopen and bleed, we were clueless for years why she was having so many nosebleeds but an ENT solved it! Also, it could be something as small as the room he sleeps in may be too dry? as fall & winter are coming etc, so try a humidifier? sending love and good vibes to the whole family!! hope you guys get it figured out.

My dad almost died from nose bleeds. He had many procedures but what finally helped was putting Vaseline in his nose. Just a small amount on a Q-tip and rub it in each nostril. His was due to dry climate. He would do the Vaseline one a week or so but it ultimately did the trick. Hope this helps.

I'm 23 and still get nose bleeds when the Fall/winter dry weather transition starts but I'm in Cleveland so the weather is a bit more unpredictable here, we had snow the other day. But one important thing to remember is to pinch the nose and put your head down not back, if you put it back you just end up swallowing it all...gross. Medically, putting your head down allows the blood to clot and stop the active bleeding.

It can be from dryness. Try a humidifier in his bedroom at night and nasal saline spray during the day.

Same with me, pinch the nose at the bottom really hard until it clots and the one big clot will come out and it will stop ❤

I have the same problem but for me it is due to hot weather. Eventually it gets better but always have tissues and stuff with you

When I was 11 I had a nosebleed so bad that it bled for 30 minutes straight. I almost had to go to the ER because I lost so much blood, but thankfully we finally got it to stop by putting ice on my nose. I ended up being super pale and tired for the rest of the day after that but the next day I was fine.
My husband gets nosebleeds a lot too. It happens at least once a week. Idk what it is, probably weather like you said. 😅

Bloody Nose: I get nose bleeds more in the winter. Your son probably has drier than normal nasal passages, likely sensitive as well. Try using Ayr nose spray for moisture twice a day, and maybe use a humidifier in his room at night during the winter.

I tend to get bloody noses when it starts to get dry (fall/winter). A humidifier helps with that, and saline nasal spray. If it's really bad, I've known people to get nose cautery to help prevent nosebleeds.

When I was his age, I got them that frequently too. He’s right about it going in your throat. I still get them but not as much as I did at his age. Putting Aquaphor around my nostril helps keep it from being dry which can cause the nosebleeds.

For getting blood out of clothes: Cold water and hydrogen peroxide. Pour it on the blood and then wash the clothes and check the clothes before you dry them. Hope this helps

Has he been to the doctor for the nose bleeds? I would personally want it checked out. I personally get them and went to an ent. She told me mine was in one nostril I have a vein very very close to the surface and so any dryness or rough nose blowing can cause it to bleed. I have to use this gel called Ayr in that nostril and a cool mist humidifier nightly. Such a bummer that he has to deal with nose bleeds at his young age.
