- Reports that Belgian police attempted to shut down a conference due to be addressed by British politicians are “extremely disturbing”, Downing Street has said.
Authorities in Brussels ordered police to close the National Conservatism conference taking place in the city on Tuesday, citing concerns about public safety.
Officers attended the conference, where speakers included Suella Braverman and Nigel Farage, but instead of closing the event down immediately, they elected to barricade the entrance, allowing attendees to leave the building, but not re-enter.

If that's your reasoning, Julia, why won't you give Tommy Robinson a platform to speak because far from dissipating his power and influence it would further increase it as witness the phenomenal response when he was invited to speak at the prestigious and world famous Oxford Union Debating Society for example. The authorities fear Tommy for this very reason and do everything in their power to silence him and the fact you've never interviewed him speaks volumes.

Yes, they were elected, then proceeded to shut down or even kill off any and all of their opposition. Now, while many of their leaders live lives of luxury in Qatar, their minions rule with fear and intimidation, reducing Gaza to a living nightmare for the people, while using them as human shields.
