Such an informative and engaging tour! You did a great job highlighting both the beauty and the affordability aspects of housing in Reno and Sparks. Thank you for giving us a realistic perspective on the market! -Macy (Team Evan)
I really like how you shot the majority of the video in one take and avoided cuts, as It adds to the smoothness and overall flow. I will mention that I have seen other creators use that style of microphone and they tend to clip it to their hat. Seems like it would help with volume consistency and it also frees up one of your hands. Great video.
@@LivingInRenoTahoe Thanks. I'm planning to get out of California because of this and actually several issues but want to be sure I'm not walking into it again somewhere else. I'm looking at South Reno (your neck of the woods) actually. So I will likely reach out to you when I'm sure I am leaving Northern California.

@@CharlesEdmond99 thank you and I usually wear it on my shirt. Not sure why decided to hold it that day. I appreciate the feedback.
One of the major issues we are facing in California is losing our homeowners insurance due to wildfires. Is Northern nevada also facing this crisis?
@@aseainfo not down in town. I am not sure about near the lake or more up my Montreux. Nobody that I am aware of yet.
