I’m genuinely grateful that I found this tutorial! Thank you for posting this! This is so easy to follow 🥹 Would love it if you posted more anime based crochet content❤️
I'm going to a One Piece Panel this summer (sadly no Chopper) but I LOVE this and am going to make it. I also hadn't thought about blocking edges of a hat, so thank you for also teaching me that!
Hello, im planning to make this hat as a gift since they have recently been watching one piece and have become obsessed with chopper and so im wondering how long the yarns you used are since im planning on learning and buying the materials, also if you could tell me what those abbreviations mean in the video like the hdc while making the hat or if you have a video about it, it can greatly save me time. Thank you!
Already done with the luffy hat and I loved it! Wanted to make this for my daughter as well, and I just want to ask what is the diameter of the top when you stop increasing before you started on the back loop?
This pattern was easy to follow and I had fun doing it! But the hat came out bigger than I expected. It probably has to do with the weight of my yarn or my tension.
Hi I’m a beginner and this may be a stupid question how did you get row 10-22 to go down like that and form a hat shape, I tried and couldn’t figure it out
Hi there! So all I'm doing for those rows is just putting a hdc into each stitch around; so no more increases at this point. We're just keeping the 80 stitch count for 13 rows :) Hopefully that explains it!
I think I might have used too soft of yarn or my stitches are to loose because the top part doesn't stand up. But this is an awesome pattern , easy and quick to do! Thank you so much for posting it!
I really love your tutorial omggg🥹🥹🤍 thankyou so much for posting this video 🤍 plan to do it during my school holiday !! but I have a question regarding to the yarn. medium weight yarn it means 7-8ply yarn isn’t it ? And light weight yarn is 4-5ply ?
Oh my gosh, you're so welcome!! :) And yes, I believe you're right on that! I'm using Red Heart Super Saver for the hat, Baby Bernat for the x and the antlers is used with I Love This Yarn!
Ugh I'm like in row 15 and the hat started to look a little wavy? Like, not flat and uniform like yours 😭 I want to start all over again 😭 do you think I can do this pattern with that bulky plush yarn? 😢
You can definitely use bulky yarn! You just have to modify the pattern because it will come out a lot bigger if you follow the pattern completely :) If you want, you can send me pics of what you're talking about to my ig @basicstitchcolorado so I can see what you mean and offer you better advice from there!!
The hat is Red Heart Super Saver Persimmon, the antlers are I Love This Yarn Cinnamon, the ears are Red Heart Super Saver in like a tan color, and the white is Bernat Baby White 😊
I finally got to the arc where Chopper was introduced. When I saw his hat, I was like, I need to make this immediately. So thank you for the tutorial.
Aww I love that! Thank you so much for watching ❤❤

I wonder if you are able to do Ace's Hat from One Piece. I've seen several crochet patterns for it but none for adults for cosplay.
I've had an Ace hat in progress for like 3 months😂 I'm trying to figure it out but I'm getting close!! 😊
If you can, please post a tutorial of this when you finish🥹💕
@@karishmasultana1541 I sure will!! 🥰❤️

Those are great ideas!! I'll see what I can do :)

@@ScrappyMommyPh aww I'm so glad! 💕 This hat's dimensions are like the Luffy hat so the diameter of the top is about 5.5-6 inches! ☺️
@@basicstitchcolorado thank you so much! 😍❤️

Sorry if this is stupid, but I’m a beginner, is there an easy way to make this a smaller version? A coworker is requesting one for her infant😂
How many yarn did you use?
How much time (approximatively) does it take to make as a beginner ?? Love your work ☺️
Hmm, I wouldn't know for sure but maybe 10 hours? That's my guess since you're a beginner and might need extra time! And thank you :)

Hi💓 May I know the measurements of the bucket hat? Im crocheting this for a customer and I wanna make sure that side part is long enough!
Sure thing! :)
Top of hat width: about 6 inches
Hat Height: about 4.5 inches
Brim: about 3 inches
