What a great offroad RV with all the conveniences of home. The old Born Free RV's would be perfect for these conversions. They are built more like a boat with a fiberglass one piece top shell joined to the fiberglass bottom shell with full roll cage bars built into the RV which would help withstand any twisting issues off road. Wonder how these stick built (aluminum) box style RV's will handle the off road roughness. Great job!
Thank you! Agreed on the Born Frees, I wish they were still in business so I could get something newer than 2017! Even so, the sleeping arrangement is kinda unorthodox, similar to a BT Cruiser 5210 (like the one we built in another video.) Phoenix Cruiser is constructed similarly, but the market for $200k+ 4x4 is obviously more limited. Ultimately, I'd like to build the Peakpounder brand into a manufacturer with a box built specifically for overlanding at a reasonable price, definitely not $400k+ like other adventure rig manufacturers.
