I got my puppy puppy dp but still he died from distemper. There were no initial symptoms direct cns damage

I bought a puppy pug on 27th January 2017 , told me was 4 week old vaccinated in front of me named as ( 5 in 1 ) first 2 days he was fine 3rd day he started sneezing i took him to vet , he started treating for cold but he is not recovering , he doesnot have fever , 3-4 days it goes like this but he is not showing any improvements , he is having alot of problem in breathing , squeezing his throat very badly , continue with running nose , one night suddenly he get fits , froth from mouth dislocate at body ( legs , hands ) , i took him to emergency in hospital , during the way he loss his motion , few times almost collapsed but i keep talking to him . I made thru the hospital after seeing him doctor just said without treating the chances are very less , i told him to check if there are chances he just saying with instinct , after forcing he checked his lungs , that iam aware he has congestion , given nuemolizer as he having problem in taking breathe !! He told me about mercy killing i was aware of it before but still iam searching the answer is the decision i took was for his good or my weakness . Please reply and help .
