Just a tip, In PMT, instead of dividing the 10% directly by 12, to get an even accurate answer what we can do is: =((1+10%)^(1/12))-1 Using the above formula, you can get the most accurate monthly return in any case. Although the difference might be small but remember in longer period compounding does a tremendous job in changing the numbers. So in calculation of long term investments, this formula can be helpful.

Hey Ankur, I really like the information you put out to educate people about finance. There is just one thing I want to let you know, maybe you know it already but, you suggest people to watch your video at 1.5x speed, and as far as I know when people watch a video at any speed higher than 1x, it has a negative impact on the channel and future recommendations as a person spends only 1.75% time of the total length of the video. Hence, if a viewer watches a video at less than 1x speed, it has a very good impact on the channel and recommendations. Therefore, I just suggest that you don't ask people to watch the video at 1.5x speed. This will help your channel reach a larger audience and have a greater impact. :)
One more formula that one should know is inflation adjusted return Inflation-adjusted return = (1 + Stock Return) / (1 + Inflation) - 1 = (1.233 / 1.03) - 1 = 19.7 percent

Just a tip,
