I’ve looked at multiple recipes and I liked this one because I can do other things while it is creaming. The other recipe said 20 min then rest and repeat for like 4 times. The key in all of them was to make sure you don’t feel any crystals in the final version. Should be totally smooth. I keep reading that only raw honey crystallizes. If that is true then I view crystallizing as a great thing!
